Die Lage ist traumhaft, toller Blick auf den See.Die Wohnung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Putz bröckelt großflächig von den Wänden, die Matratzen müssten mal getauscht werden. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht funktionstüchtig einen Wäscheständer gibt es nicht. Das Objekt müsste einmal renobiertDer Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön, sauber gepflegt allerdings sind die Liegen privat, es herrscht Badekappenpflicht und Ballspielen ist nicht erlaubt.
