The exteriors
In addition to the splendid French formal gardens including several fountains, water features and a rose garden, you will enjoy a welcoming courtyard, several terraces both open and shaded, a summer kitchen, a 20 x 8m heated pool, a tennis court, a steam room, a boules court and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside which feature the Luberon hills and Mont Ventoux.
The interiors
They reflect the grace of the old with stone walls and floors, dark wood, beamed ceilings, magnificent fireplaces, some fine antique furniture, leaded windows and stone staircases. You will even find an original chapel of the 14th century. The property also offers the best of modern amenities like the Sonos sound system both inside and out, the home cinema, the fully equipped kitchen complete with range, the underfloor cooling/heating and the robust Internet system.
Visiting the house :
The ground floor features a large living room of 80m2 with fireplace and billiard table, an attractive dining room with a lovely elm table, a large very functional kitchen with outside dining terrace, a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen, a mezzanine TV area, two bedrooms both of which are en-suite, a guest WC and shower.
Whilst on the lower ground floor there is an immense vaulted ceiling living area with bar with home cinema. Upstairs there is the Master suite on the first floor and five bedrooms on the second, comprising three doubles, a single and a dormitory.
