Nice place

Newer building, with parking garage. Next to a family owned restaurant. However, the apartment itself needs some TLC. Washer/dryer combo has a broken door. Throw pillows and rugs are old. Leak in the hand held shower. A/C in leaving room above tv leaked at one point, so we had to turn up the temperature. Rubber gasket around the dishwasher came loose while dishwasher was on. Luckily we were home and were able to mop the huge puddle on the floor. Lots of construction in the neighborhood. Central location though, within walking distance to the center.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. There was major construction taking place directly outside the apartment, with loud noise beginning as early as 7:00 a.m. each morning. The construction also made access to the parkade very challenging, and we were forced to drive on the sidewalk on a couple of occasions to enter and exit safely. In addition, the sleeping arrangements were not as advertised; instead of the two single beds listed, there was a couch and a cot in the second bedroom. While the location may be convenient, the fact that the unit was difficult to access and surrounded by road construction, it made the stay unpleasant.
