Avoriaz is the family resort and the Kingdom of children (with possibility of skiing from 3 years, a snow park, a toboggan run). Access to the slopes on skis from the residence. Ski area 650 km. The apartment includes: - A living room with a pullout sofa bed (2 places), chair, dresser, chest bench, high speed internet and free wifi. - A room with a double bed, a loft bed (1 place) and a wardrobe. We had an amazing stay, we were three adults and two children and there was plenty of space. The apartment was perfect, everything you needed was there. Ski locker is a good size, we had three sets of skis and two snowboards in there. Location is perfect, you are a two minute walk to the top of the towns Main Street, stairs to the centre of the town are directly opposite the building and about a ten minutes walk from the ESF kids ski school. Or you can ski down to the bottom off dromont and get the button lift up. It’s a great apartment, very clean, well looked after and for price you pay it is one of the best deals in Avoriaz.

Great location, comfortable and clean. It was easy to pickup the keys and the host was friendly and responsive. Good value for money. Be warned, it's very small! It was a squeeze with 5. There was no sharp chef's knife which was quite annoying, and toilet paper was not provided. You had to pay extra for bed sheets and towels which was annoying. I liked that there was a dishwasher, but again tablets for it werent included.

As mentioned in the description, the flat is 27m². It is more suitable for 2 adults with 3 children, but it can also accommodate 5 adults, if they don't mind being a little more cramped.
Our prices are among the lowest in Avoriaz, and we prefer to leave it up to our guests to either bring their own linen or hire it on site.

Fantastic, small but very convenient property at a good price. Everything we needed.The only criticism that I would have is that it could have been cleaner on arrival.

perfect ski apartment
the communication with the owners was great and they helped with getting the key due to our late arrival.

Lovely apartment, equipped with everything you need. I stayed with my son but could easily have had another 2 people without being to cramped. Perfect location 8 mins walk from the welcome centre, 3 mins walk from the main center via the pedestrian access and 2 mins to the first slope. Perfect for ski in ski out. Will defo be booking again. Great location. Ski in and out. Ski rental is in the building which makes it very easy. Very effective communication with owners and collecting keys on arrival. Sunny balcony which is a bonus for relaxing after a day’s skiing. Quick to the supermarket as there is a passage with an escalator just opposite. Heating efficient so warm and cosy. We were there for 2 weeks and would definitely stay again.
Apartment in need of refurbishment or at the very least a good clean. Smell of stale smoke in apartment. Some storage areas were very dusty and hadnt been cleaned in a long time.
You have to bring your own sheets and towels to this apartment. The contract between you and owner is in French and they don't supply one in English so you need to use online translation to see what you're signing.
Area is great and is ski in ski out. There is no reception area in this apartment block. There is much better accommodation in Avoriaz.

Concernant l'odeur de fumée, nous rappelons à tous nos vacanciers, qu'il est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement. Le ménage est effectué chaque samedi par une société de nettoyage.
Il est précisé sur notre annonce et dans le contrat de location que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus dans le tarif de location.
Dans la résidence Alpages 1, toutes les locations appartiennent à des propriétaires privés. Il n'y a donc pas de réception au rez de chaussée, contrairement à certaines résidences gérées par des organismes comme Pierre et Vacances. Les tarifs ne sont, d'ailleurs, pas les mêmes.
Nous espérons que vous avez apprécié la qualité du domaine skiable, ainsi que le charme de la station.

Lack of information on arrival. Directions unclear from the owner as we arrived at the incorrect station and would not let us on the cable car with no welcome area to collect keys . The lady at welcome centre did not speak English and put the phone down on us . It took us two hours to find our apartment after our drop off by Swiss tours . No phone number for the owner to help us . On arrival there were drunk people everywhere with bottles broken Of vodka out side the lift . The apartment had not been cleaned properly with dirty dishes in the cupboards , And bins full of hair and dirty linen . This is the most noisiest appartment and we were kept awake by loud music all night and drunk people coming up the escalators at 3 am infront of the appartment Then the snow transports started , pistes bashed on the lowers slopes and bins emptied infront of the apartment . Every morning .plus drilling diy construction work leaving no sleep . Holiday ruined

We're sorry that your stay has been ruined, but it's largely your fault.
With regard to your arrival, we were not aware that you would be arriving by coach and that your terminus would be the town of Morzine and not Avoriaz.
We would have been able to advise you if you had contacted us by telephone at that time.
The keys are always handed over on arrival at the Avoriaz resort. It is therefore up to you to organise your journey accordingly. The Avoriaz Conciergerie also tried to contact you several times during the day, but to no avail. Nor did you inform us of your late arrival. We are not on site but we have given you their telephone number by email. You could also find it, as well as ours, in the rental contract. So you could have called them if you needed information and let them know you were coming.
In addition, we helped you at the end of your stay by providing you with a list of taxis for your return.
Regarding the cleanliness of the flat, the Avoriaz concierge service certifies that the cleaning was carried out by them. We have been working with them for a long time and we trust them.
We therefore believe that you are acting in bad faith, given the descriptions you have given of the dirtiness of the flat, the dirtiness of the residence, the noise, the presence of many drunken people, and the broken pistes, even though Avoriaz is known for being a renowned resort that always has plenty of snow.
In any case, we hope you enjoyed the ski area.

L'appartement est dans un état de vétusté très avancé. Les portes sont abîmées. Une porte de placard est de travers. Les murs sont tachés ainsi que la moquette qui est déchirée. Le four à micro-ondes était dans un état de saleté repoussant et j'ai dû le briquer pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Je n'ai pas osé utiliser la machine à café trop sale. J'ai trouvé de la vaisselle sale dans un placard. Il traînait un oignon odorant dans le placard du couloir et deux paquets ouverts de céréales périmés. Le pompon était l'odeur d'urine dans les toilettes impossible a éliminer. Sans oublier la saleté au bas du rideau de douche. Être obligée de faire un grand ménage avant d'emménager après 5 h de route est loin d'être agréable. Louer un appartement dans cet état au prix demandé est une aberration.

Notre appartement se présente dans un état tout à fait convenable. Nous sommes trés étonnés quand à la description que vous en faite et notamment " l'odeur d'urine impossible à éliminer ".
Une entreprise de ménage privée nettoie l'appartement tous les samedis et nous n'avons reçu aucune plainte à ce sujet, ni de la part des vacanciers qui vous ont précedés ni de ceux qui vous ont suivis.
Par ailleurs, le tarif de location de notre appartement est dans la fourchette la plus basse des prix de location pratiqués à Avoriaz.
Nous sommes ainsi trés surpris par votre message.
- Un peu d'ordre dans les armoires (à vaisselle);- la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine (verres, assiettes, couverts) était déplorable (pour rester poli!!)- avoir un petit set de vaisselle ne ferait pas de tord

Effectivement, c'est une station écologique et donc sans voiture. Vous trouverez cette information dans la description du séjour. Vous avez la possibilité de prendre une navette ou une calèche afin d'être déposé devant l'appartement. Un document contenant des informations utiles à votre séjour vous a été envoyé par mail.

Super séjour à Avoriaz grâce à ce superbe appartement plein d'avantages. Situation idéale : proche de la rue principale ( 2 minutes ) mais à l'écart de l'animation et du bruit de celle-ci. Propre et super équipé ( LV, télé, wifi, équipement cuisine ). Très proche des ascenseurs ( dont on n'entend aucun bruit ). Départ et retour skis aux pieds :-). Si je reviens à Avoriaz, je privilégierai cette adresse !!!!

Korrekt und alles Notwendige vorhanden, Lage ist top, Kommunikation mit Eigentümer und Wohnungsverwaltung problemlos. Es fehlt an Details: Schränke/Türen schließen nicht richtig, keine Halterung für Duschbrause, leere Verpackungen im Küchenschrank, Kühlschrank nicht sauber, Geschirr und Besteck ( zT Alu) ausreichend aber "zusammengsammelt". Für 2-3 Personen gut, aber 4-5 sicher eher schwierig.

Nous ne sommes pas sur place, c'est une société qui gère la location de l'appartement, mais nous prenons note de vos remarques et vous en remercions. Nous allons rectifier les différents points cités. Nous espérons que vous avez passé un agréable séjour à Avoriaz.
Appartement exactement comme sur les photos de l'annonce, refait à neuf récemment, super bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Il est super bien placé au coeur de la station et avec le précieux passage public juste en face : on rejoint le centre en 2 minutes. Bien isolé, vraiment aucun bruit et en étant au 5ème on a une jolie vue sur l'horizon et les montagnes... A recommander sans aucun doute 👍
Appartement petit mais bien agencé pour nous qui étions un couple avec 3 jeunes enfants. Procédure d'arrivée très bien détaillée. Emplacement idéal, très proche de la rue principale et bien plus calme que cette dernière. Les voisins du dessus ont été bruyant, difficile de mettre ça sur le compte de l'isolation de l'appartement mais plutôt sur l'irrespect des gens qui parfois mettent la musique à fond, chantent et tapent sur les tables alors qu'ils sont dans un appartement.
Globalement satisfaits, il est très probable que nous revenions (en espérant ne pas avoir les mêmes voisins au dessus :))
