Our 2 apartments T2 are located on the 5th floor of Residence DOUCHKA, They are facing south, bright, comfortable and functional with a beautiful view of the ski area and the district of Falaise (near the dock).
All are equipped for 4 people in the following way:
       - a closed room: with a 140x190 bed, night table
       - a living room with 2 sofa beds, TV screen
       - dining area with table and chair for all the necessary comfort
       - a fully equipped kitchen
       - a bathroom, bath / shower, wc

Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind ein Mischmasch aus zwei Wohnungen. Die Wohnung und die Einrichtung haben ihre besten Zeiten lange hinter sich. Leider wird hier nicht regelmĂ€ĂŸig investiert.

Magnifique séjour aux pieds des pistes

Appartement aux pieds des pistes dans une station magnifique. Il est trÚs cosi et nous a parfaitement convenu. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Great location and exactly as advertised.

It is right in the middle of the Falais area near shops and restaurants. Very easy access to slopes. There were a couple of small maintenance issues like loose door knobs and it could have been cleaned better before arrival (floors, fridge), but in general it was a comfortable apartment, fresh linen, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Great views. Convenient ski locker downstairs. Coffee machine, kettle, dish washer. Friendly and efficient check in and out communication. We arrived late and left early, so simply picked up and dropped the keys at the Tourist Office. Quick text responses from agents.

Personne agrĂ©able !! En revanche, l’appartement Ă©tait sale, il Ă©tait prĂ©cisĂ© qu’il n’y avait pas d’animaux. Pourtant il y avait des poils partout des chaussettes sales sous le lit des Ă©claboussures de nourriture sur la cuisine. Les couvertures Ă©tait Ă©galement rempli de poils d’animaux. nous avons averti le proprio mais Ă  part un coup d’aspirateur rien on aurait Ă©tĂ© fait. Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© le faire nous-mĂȘmes et y avons passĂ© trois heures. Je conseille cet appartement Ă  ceux pour qui les poil ne dĂ©range pas. Je tiens quand mĂȘme Ă  dire que l’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs beau et que c’est assez dommage il y avait une belle vue et un bel accĂšs aux pistes.

Appartement correct mais porte d’entrĂ©e non Ă©tanche, cuisine trĂšs peu Ă©quipĂ©e, il manque beaucoup de chose (couteau qui coupe, spatule de cuisine, sac poubelle 
) Station qui perd vraiment de son charme plus de la moitiĂ© des restaurants et magasins fermĂ©s l’étĂ©, peu d’activitĂ© hormis le VTT mais inadaptĂ© avec un enfant de 4ans. Piscine ouverte que l’aprĂšs midi. En revanche, conciergerie au top, dispo et arrangeante

Excellent emplacement

Appartement extrÚmement bien situé: proche piste, ESF, magasins et du quai de déchargement. En revanche, du fait de cette proximité avec tous ces services, la zone est plutÎt bruyante. Mais dans tous les cas, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
