A bijou apartment of rare charm that envelops its guests in an exclusive and elegant atmosphere. The apartment Tramonto (2+2 beds, 55 square metres) has a very wide arcade on the ground floor with table and chairs to enable dining. The charm is provided by the wide arcade that is irresistible for outdoor breakfasts, aperitifs or romantic candle-lit dinners.
The apartment has the following features:
- wide living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed,
-1 large bedroom with double bed,
- bathroom with an extra-large shower.
The typical Tuscany terra cotta floors is throughout the apartment. Intimate, ideal for two but equally indicated for up to four. High standard outdoor wooden table & chairs, free wi-fi internet access.

Four lovely apartments and a spectacular pool enjoys a stunning Pisa’s hills view. In an excellent location situated on the ground and first floor in a nice villa-farmhouse with beautiful swimming pool (12x6m), away from traffic. Podere Costantino is located at the heart of Tuscany, it gives access to the best the region has to offer: beauties of nature, unique artistic treasures of cities such as Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano (30 km), Florence, Siena, Lucca (45km) and at only 40km from the seacoast. Podere Costantino can host you in one of its four comfortable and relaxing apartments. The apartments are wide, spacious and bright, provided of all comfort, self-standing heating system, wireless, kitchen with oven, barbecue, satellite TV with all the usual Italian channels, plus CNN and BBC 24 and private parking lot. Very pleasant stay in Terricciola wine country. Lovely couple who have a number of units in their farm house. The unit we stayed in "Tramonto" was the flagship unit and proved to be very comfortable. We visited during the fall and had no intention of swimming, but the pool was out of commission during our stay.

Perfect holiday

The property was every thing that was expected to make a perfect holiday. Even though we arrived earlier than expected Franco and marra made us welcome straight away. The property was very clean and we enjoyed the outside area for eating and relaxing. The local restaurants were much better than expected and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would book again if we came to the area.

Peace and relaxation

The property is located in a quiet and beautiful place, the apartment is clean and has everything you need. The hosts are very kind and pleasant, they welcomed us with dinner and there were fruits they grew themselves. A fantastic pool in a field of olive trees. We will definitely come back again.

Podere Costantino

Podere Costantino is set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside within easy reach of the cities of Pisa, Florence and Sienna. Franco and Mara, the owners, are very kind and friendly and brought us a Tuscan meal on our first night with a bottle of their own red wine and had a bbq for all the guests staying at the apartments on another evening. They also brought us fresh fruit from their farm each morning, the best plums we have ever tasted! The pool area is kept clean and there was plenty of room for all the guests. The Wifi is even available at the poolside! We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was clean and had a lovely area to eat outside. The sofa bed in the living room was ok for sleeping on but on reflection I should have booked a two bedroom apartment for four people. There are good resturants close by and an excellent take-away pizzeria in Terricola. We went to an outdoor concert one evening in a local town, recommended to us by Franco, which was excellent and a highlight of the holiday. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, Garten und Poolanlage sehr weitläufig,Herzlicher Empfang durch die beiden Eheleute,Franko und Mara, wir wurden gleich mit Trauben aus dem Garten, Schinken, Bruschetta und Wein versorgt - alles sehr lecker.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, nur in der Küche fehlte einiges wie Geschirrtuch und Müslischalen.Die Kommunikation war doch meistens italienisch mit ein paar englischen Wörtern - gut wenn man da selbst Italienisch spricht.

Die Lage ist ideal, man erreicht alle sehenswerten Städte und das mehr schnell. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und auf der Terasse, die durch die bewachsene Pergola und die luftigen Vorhänge geschützt ist, hat man Privatsphäre. Check-In & Check-Out waren komplikationslos, die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und fürsorglich! Die Sprachbarriere war etwas schwierig, da sie nur italienisch sprechen, aber dank Übersetzer auch kein Problem. Somit halb so wild. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Der Pool und Gartenanlage ein Traum! Für die Kids gab es Spielmöglichkeiten. Wer die Ruhe und die Landschaft genießen möchte, um etwas abzuschalten ist hier genau richtig! Ein kleines Träumchen!!

mes enfants et moi avons passé une semaine absolument parfaite. la location est spacieuse, très bien équipée, l'environnement est splendide et calme. c'est un vrai bonheur de séjourner ici. la piscine est grande et bien aménagée, ce qui est un vrai plus au retour des excusions ou pour une journée de relax. Mitten in Toscana

Mara & Francesco sind ein wunderbares Besitzerpaar! Sie haben uns herzlichst und mit einem Begrüssungsessen empfangen, da wir aufgrund von Feiertagsstau erst spät angereist sind… Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross, hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mitten in der toscanischen Landschaft braucht - grosszügige gut ausgerüstete Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC/Bidet und Duschtüchern, Schlafzimmer mit Schrank und Doppelbett, eine süsse Aussenterasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, Parkplatz und Aussenpool (in dieser Jahreszeit noch nicht in Betrieb). Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man die grossen Orte wie Pisa, Florenz, Lucca oder Livorno (mit einem Wagen) besuchen oder wenn man einfach die Seele in der toscanischen Landschaft geniessen möchte. Ebenfalls sind lokale Weingüter und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht allzu weit. Wir empfehlen jedem vom hauseigenen Olivenöl ein Fläschchen mit nach hause zu nehmen, denn dieses ist phänomenal! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei der Besitzerfamilie nochmals:)))

In der idyllischen Umgebung kann man super entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Man ist relativ schnell in allen großen Städten.(Pisa, Florenz, Siena..) Mara und Franco waren tolle Gastgeber. Frisches leckeres Obst gab es nahezu täglich.

Great Place to be in Tuscany (Hervorragend)

We had the appartment Tramonto which has a nice veranda to the garden. Short walk to the pool. Beautiful overlook of the hilly landscape. Very kind, open and friendly owners living as farmers at the same place. Gave us great reco for a local restaurant Il Tino which has very tasty food at reasonable prices (open WE only). Wir können die Wohnung Tramonto empfehlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und bietet schöne Aussichten in die toskanische Landschaft. Morronto, ein kleines typ. Dorf ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. All in all absolutely recommendable.

Why they chose this property

We love Morrona because it's a really peaceful place to stay providing fantastic facilities of the area. It gives access to the most important cities such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and, furthermore, it is at only 40 km from the seacoast. The area is easily accessible since Pisa airport is very close and it can be reached in half hours by car.

What makes this property unique

We are really satisfied and our guests enthusiast! Our guests appreciate and enjoy the outside dining relaxing in their private terrace. During the week we are pleased to offer you biological fruits and vegetables of our production (strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, figs, prune and grapes). At the guests arrival we are happy to offer you some typical tuscan dishes. We provide towels and linen so you can travel light.
