Newly renovated, kitchen-living with 2 big bedrooms with beautiful view on the trees (both 2+1) 1 bedroom (1 doublebed) and a big bathroom with shower.
Just Outside the door a wood-fired oven for delicious dinners or lunch under the shade of the trees .You can walk in our vineyard or relax in the garden reading a book.
Small inflatable pool with filter 2.5 m large for the fun of the kids and to refresh the parents. (From 1 June )
A game area with seesaw and slide for the children.
An excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful cities' such as Florence (70 km), Pisa, Lucca Volterra San Gimignano (40 km), Siena (80km) to reach the sea (40km), Casciana baths (15km) or the pool Peccioli (3km).

The place was wonderful. We were met by the host and they explained everything. We used Google translate a lot but it worked out. The pool was an enjoyed by our children (8,11, & 13). We didn’t have a car which was mostly fine as we didn’t intend to travel much but that did limit when we could go into the town. The place was very comfortable. There is no sitting room which was not a problem for us as it was warm and we were often outside. We loved the outdoor spaces, siting in the vineyard was very relaxing and the view from the hill above the house was stunning. A great place and the hosts were communicative. We had to change our plans on both the front end and they were able to flex with us for both! We would stay again!

Schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige und trotzdem praktische Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge

Wir waren als Familie zu Gast bei Vaina. Vaina ist eine unglaublich liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Leider sprach sie nur Italienisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer kommt man gut zurecht. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß mit jeder Menge Betten ausgestattet. Die Leiter des Pools lĂ€sst sich weg stellen, so dass der Pool sicher ist, wenn man ihn nicht benutzt und das GelĂ€nde bietet den Kindern viel Platz zum spielen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und fĂŒr jedes Schlafzimmer gab es einen Ventilator. Vaina ist alle zwei Tage am Haus und kĂŒmmert sich um das GrundstĂŒck und reinigt den Pool. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und stattet einen mit allem aus, was womöglich fehlt. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts war die Weinlese des dazugehörigen Weinberges fĂ€llig und wir wurden zu gemeinsamen Essen mit den Helfern eingeladen. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Wir durften auch bei der Weinernte helfen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und das original Toskanische Essen war der Hammer. In der Oberen Etage des Hauses wohnt eine ansĂ€ssige andere Familie, die aber einen separaten Eingang haben und von denen wir nicht viel mitbekommen haben. Vaina selbst wohnt nicht am Haus. Man kann am Haus super Parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 7 Minuten entfernt bei einem Coop Supermarkt, oder 30 Minuten entfernt bei einem Lidl, den wir oft auf dem Heimweg von StĂ€dte-Tripps oder Strandbesuchen genutzt haben. FĂŒr Familie mit jĂŒngeren Kindern eine super Location.

Perfekt wie im letzten Jahr

Es war wie immer wirklich schön bei Vaina. Sauberes Haus, sauberer Pool. Das Haus liegt schön gelegen und ist perfekt um recht schnell in Florenz, Pisa, Livorno oder auch Volterra zu sein. Also fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz. Es war wirklich schön. Man ist freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt worden und man hĂ€tte bei Problemen jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen können. Toller Garten mit ObstbĂ€umen und Pool. Jeden 2. Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt. Es war alles da, was man zum tĂ€glichen Leben braucht. Wir kommen im nĂ€chsten Jahr definitiv wieder ❀

Ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Toskana

Wir haben hier fĂŒnf Wochen Urlaub gemacht - die Lage ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge super, der Pool sehr erfrischend (er wird alle zwei Tage gereinigt) und das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt mit tollen Blumen, RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten und ObstbĂ€umen, von denen man nach Belieben naschen kann - lecker! Wir haben jede Woche frische BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher bekommen, die GĂ€stebetreuung ist sehr herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen, dass wir nicht das letzte Mal hier waren!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, immer zu erreichen wenn eine Frage war. Sie gab gute Tipps wo man gute Weinproben machen kann. Herrlich unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus mit sep. Eingang. Unserer Gruppe (4 Erwachsene und 2 Teenagern) hat es gut gefallen.

Perfect Country-Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in Peccioli. Vaina was a very hospitable host! We felt welcome and very at home immediatly. The communication beforehand with Alessandro was very good. He answered very quickly and friendly. The hospitality, effort and care of Vaina made our holiday absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook at home, the apartment was clean and well equipped. If anything was needed we could always ask Vaina. The children well enjoyed the garden and especially the pool and the little playground. The grounds were perfect for them to play and explore. The countryside made it perfect for us adults to relax, read and have a peacefull and restorative time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Vaina - and of course Alessandro - for the great time.

Wow!!! What an amazing place

Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer there. Many thanks again to Alessandro hope to see you again in the future

Magnifique Toscane

Nous avons passĂ©s plus de 10 jours dans la maison de Vaina qui nous a trĂšs bien accueillie. Elle Ă©tait a l’écoute de nos besoins et prĂ©sente. Elle nous a donnĂ© des conseils pour les visites. Maison confortable avec tout le nĂ©cessaire, piscine idĂ©ale dans un beau jardin. Bien Ă©quipĂ©, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien. Nous recommandons. Tres bon emplacement (entre Sienne, Pise et Florence) et au calme dans la campagne d'un petit village, idĂ©ale pour les sĂ©jours en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants. Il manquerait juste une climatisation dans la maison durant notre sĂ©jour (au moins pour la nuit, mais nous y sommes allĂ©s dĂ©but aoĂ»t en pĂ©riode de trĂšs forte chaleur).

Great host, beautiful rustic home in the hills!

I can’t thank Alessandro enough for his great communication in the days leading up to and during our stay, especially after a disastrous start to the holiday owing to Ryanair. The house was perfect, full of rustic charm. Bedrooms were well kept and spacious, the grounds were beautiful with lots of little areas to chill- our favourite was around by the small pool/giant paddling pool! Would definitely advise having a hire car, though we were able to gets taxis easily enough for the 8 of us to get us to and from the wedding we were in Tuscany for. They are not cheap, however. Would definitely recommend this host and property!
