VILLA ARCHODIA is located in the traditional settlement of Prine in the Municipality of Rethymnon. It is a 190 m² villa built on a plot of seven acres, with a swimming pool of 36 m². The center of Rethymnon is only 6 km away, while in a few minutes you are on the main road of the island and you have the opportunity to visit all the points of interest. VILLA ARCHODIA can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and if it’s necessary up to 7 and has the ideal location for all of you who want to calm with privacy on your vacation but at a very close distance from the city center.Interior.A stylish bright open plan space will greet you upon entering VILLA ARCHODIA, it has a living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace and a 43 inch smart TV, a pool table for the genre lovers and a treadmills to keep you in shape during your holidays. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals, a bathroom with a shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, to prepare and serve your meals. The balcony doors of the house lead to a large terrace equipped with a comfortable outdoor dining area as well as a large living room to enjoy with your family or friends the beautiful summer days and nights of Crete. VILLA ARCHODIA has three bedrooms, the first with two single beds, air conditioning and a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, TV with Nova connection and has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom for storing your clothes. The third bedroom also has two single beds. All the doors and windows of the house have screens to protect you from unwanted insects.ExteriorA large and neat outdoor area surrounds the house. It has a 36 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.40, a beautiful fountain and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax under the beneficial Cretan sun. Many trees and flowers give you their coolness and help you to calm down with their wonderful colors and scents. You can also prepare your meals in the stone-built barbeque with wood in the house. The area is fenced and has parking for your cars, also wifi is free and covers all areas of the house. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling and in very close proximity you can find everything you need during your vacation such as a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, ATM, taverns and cafes. The city center of Rethymnon is only 6 km away and you have direct access to the main road of the island for your excursions. belles vacances à la villa Archodia

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses chez des hôtes exceptionnels : adorables et très réactifs à nos moindres demandes. Quand nous sommes arrivés en toute fin d'après-midi, notre dîner nous attendait : salade grecque, moussaka ... avec un bon vin blanc ! Au cours de nos locations au fil des années, jamais nous n'avons reçu un pareil accueil ! La maison, sans être isolée, est au calme complet (aucune nuisance). Il y a absolument tout. Les chambres sont climatisées, le wifi marche très bien, le grand jardin très fleuri est superbement entretenu et le côté piscine est parfait avec ses transats et ses grands parasols. Ce furent de très belles vacances dans un havre de paix. Un grand grand merci à nos hôtes.
