Walk to Death Valley! When bringing your family to Clemson, stay in our home. Instead of staying in a cramped hotel room with your children, spread out in our home, 1/2 mile from the stadium and downtown Clemson. We have 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, and 2 twins) with space for two more on a foldout sofa in the large finished basement, plus 2.5 baths. Prepare tailgate food or meals in our fully equipped modern kitchen, then enjoy them on our large sunroom overlooking Lake Hartwell. Your children will enjoy our basement playroom, maintained yard, and jumping into the lake from our private dock, with space for your boat. FAMILIES ONLY - no college students or house parties. Smoke free home.

Amazing home in the perfect location for gameday or visits to Clemson. My family of 6 really loved this home, so comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed so much more quantity time than we would have if we booked hotel rooms. Chris was an amazing host and the property exceeded expectations. So private but also easy walking distance to everything. We didn’t have to use our cars all weekend! Will stay again.

Amazing Home in Downtown Clemson - very central to downtown and campus!

My group had a wonderful stay at Chris and Suzannah's spacious home in downtown Clemson. From the moment we walked in, the house was extremely clean and inviting. The layout of the house allowed for plenty of space for a group of 8. Plenty of sitting space, sleeping areas, and privacy-our group never felt like it was a tight fit for all of us. We also loved having the sun room to look out to the water and also being able to walk down to the dock. The hosts are so wonderful - left us with more than enough detailed information about the house, and they also were kind enough to check in with us during our stay. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. Very close to College Avenue and very close to campus/Death Valley/tailgating. It was the perfect spot. I will definitely be back again next year to stay! You won't regret choosing this beautiful home for your next trip to Clemson!

Wonderful Home in a Great Location

The home is located in a very central part of Clemson. Walking to either the campus or downtown is easy. The home itself is well kept, up-to-date, and spacious. We really enjoyed the sunroom! The house was very nice and it is also important to note that the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home which is a big plus. I recommend this experience for anyone that is looking to visit Clemson.
