The property is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea with access to both water and nature. The house has a renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an open living room with large glass doors leading out to a spacious wooden terrace. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a balcony and two additional terraces where guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and evening sunsets. The bright living room, with its generous window areas, ensures plenty of natural light and an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet moments. Outside, the home is part of a large common area with plenty of space for outdoor games, a campfire and social activities. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to guests. Local amenities in Gedser include shops, Gedser Remise with Olsen Gang House, a flea market, bike rental and a nearby restaurant. The ferry port is within walking distance, approx. 900 m. Please note that rentals are not available for youth groups. There is a new TV so you can stream. There is no longer a chapel TV.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
