Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate available. Two well-behaved pet’s welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: The stairs leading up to the first floor are very steep with no handrail. Note: The stairs leading up to the second-floor twin room are extremely steep with rope handrail, cannot stand up until in the room. Note: The first double room leads directly out onto the stairs. Kingsteignton, located so close to the Newton Abbot race course, is a great place to take the kids for a day of adventure and exploration.
