Agapi Studio is on the ground level of the Zoulis Apartments complex, accessed by a side pathway towards the beach.
It has an open plan area with a dining table, kitchenette, a family shower room / WC and one double bed.
At the front of the property is a beautiful terrace with the necessary sitting furniture for those who wish to enjoy their morning coffee, admiring the spectacular sunrise.
Agapi Studio is centrally located in Kalami. It offers all those facilities for a relaxing holiday. It has been considered the ideal property for sea lovers who wish for an early morning or a late evening dip in the crystal Kalami Bay waters without much hassle.

Lovely studio appartment right by the sea.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Studio is perfect for solo traveller or a couple. Kitchen had everything required for week long stay, and bathroom was clean and tidy. Close to supermarket, restaurants and bars. WiFi was available.

The Appartement in Kalami was my favourite place in Corfu. I enjoyed my sunny terrace with view of the boathouse and the sea. I was sitting for hours on the web. I recommend the walk to Agni beach and further on..

Calme, paix et volupt

We had an excellent stay in agapi studio. Feet in the water, ideal proximity to all infrastructure bars restaurants shops. Everything was perfect, EOS villa has several apartments we enjoyed ourselves in the one we were in the staff is very attentive to any request and the maintenance agents do a remarkable job we met Katarina when leaving. We will definitely come back with Eos Villa with complete confidence, thank you!@

Accomodation is suitable for a single traveller or a couple. Check in was easy with key code box. The studio accomodation is basic, clean, and well equipped. I would however suggest new bed linen and towels, as these were very tired and well worn. For hygiene purposes, in a rental property, I would expect the mattress and pillows to have mattress/pillow protectors on them, before the bed is made up with sheets and pillowcases. The safe had been left locked and attempts to unlock failed, therefore I could not use this facility for passports and money. Over a four night stay, the towels and bedding were not changed; neither was the toilet bin emptied. I would suggest the accomodation is suitable for short stays. The location is perfect, and in just a minute, you are on the beach. The price for a four night stay was good, and if looking for a short stay accomodation in Kalam again in the future, I would consider the Agapi studio again.

The location is very close to the sea

The location is very close to the sea - about 40 meters away. There are two small supermarkets in the town that offer everything you need, including bakery goods. The beach in Kalami is small but very nice. Other beaches are within walking distance. You sleep in a house with several holiday apartments and there are other holiday apartments in the area. The apartment itself is well laid out - a room where you can find everything as well as the shower/toilet. Ideal for singles or couples. You don't want to spend the whole day indoors. Communication with the host was great and uncomplicated. The best way to get to the place is by car, although there are also buses. There is a bit of a party in the town at the weekend, which you can hear until about midnight. Otherwise it is pretty quiet.
