About this property

This exceptional property boasts a large garden with private hot tub and beautiful countryside to explore right from the doorstep. Come in from a long country walk and snuggle up by the log burning fire

Close to the Witterings beaches, an award winning pub a few doors away, and only minutes from Goodwood.

The outside space is the jewel in the crown. Enjoy breakfast and dinner on the luxury patio area with stunning views of the countryside, or take in the views from the comfort of the hot tub! There is further dining space in the large, family friendly garden - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

It is widely believed that William Blake wrote his poem ‘Jerusalem’ (England's green and pleasant lands) looking over this exact view in 1800.

The River Lavant runs along the bottom of the garden from November - May.

For children, there is a trampoline, treehouse, swing, and multiple slides which the little ones love. Our little guests also love watching the Goodwood cows and their calves grazing on the other side of our stream! When vegetables are in season, please feel free to pick your own produce.

(The hot tub is usually operational between April - October. If you'd like it outside of these times please contact us before booking to check availability, we may be able to get it set up again for you :)

We are a young professional couple with two small and highly active children.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property quite simply because of it's stunning location. We love to live an outdoor life as much as possible, and with these views it feels like we are out in nature even when we are in our kitchen! The garden is packed full of activities for the kids, but these have been beautifully designed so that it is also a really peaceful sanctuary for adults.

What makes this property unique

There is nothing quite like relaxing in the hot tub overlooking these views, and on colder days it's a delight to come in from a great wintery walk and warm up by the cosy logburner.
