Two-storey villa with two double bedrooms, renovated at the end of 2023. Two newly renovated bathrooms with windows (6/2023). One bedroom has access to the garden with a view of Tavolara.
Living room with new double sofa bed, open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge. The living room leads to the veranda with spectacular views of Tavolara with wrought iron table, chairs and sofa. The house is equipped with free Wi-fi, air conditioning and heat pump in all rooms. Safe available for guests. Laundry room with washing machine. Supermarkets, pharmacy, in the immediate vicinity.
