Unsaubere Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen gut allerdings wurde das Haus leider sehr unsauber übergeben. Die Küche war stark verschmutzt, der Backofen wurde wohl länger nicht gesäubert, es klebten eingebrannte Essensreste und Haare am Boden fest. Wir mussten ebenfalls alles an Geschirr vor Benutzung abwaschen weil alles klebrig und schmutzig war. Das Haus riecht muffig, den Geruch bekommt man leider nicht mit lüften entfernt. Es besteht ein großes Schimmelproblem in den Bädern. Der Garten ist leider nicht eingezäunt, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, somit konnten wir unsere Hunde nicht alleine in den Garten lassen, ein großer Minuspunkt! Also empfehlen können wir dieses Haus nicht. Die Entfernung zum Strand entsprach auch nicht der Information zum Objekt, es dauert locker eine halbe Stunde zu Fuss zum Strand . Definitiv keine Urlaubsstimmung und Erholung in diesem Haus zu erwarten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur stellte sich ebenfalls als schwierig heraus , da das Sauberkeitsproblem nicht ernst genommen wurde, es wurde auf den Eigentümer hingewiesen er müsste sich kümmern, die Agentur hat sich somit abgesichert. Grundsätzlich fühle sich keiner verantwortlich. Ein wahrer Reinfall! Schade !

Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, jedoch ist Angabe hinsichtlich Weg zum Strand irreführend. Statt 1km sind es Fußweg 2,6 km, die man in circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zudem hat das Haus leider ein Schimmelproblem. Im Verhältnis zum Preis ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.

Sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte reibungslos. Jedoch muss erwähnt werden, dass die obere Etage stark renovierungsbedürftig war.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr verehrtes Team von FeWo-direkt.de Zu dem Aufenthalt mit der Familie in dem gebuchten Ferienhaus kann ich Ihnen Positives sowie auch Negatives berichten. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte mit grosser Freundlichkeit zur gewünschten Zeit. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage und Haus und Garten waren aufgeräumt und sauber. Der Wohn/Küchen- und Essbereich bieten für 5 Personen genügend Platz und Utensilien um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Allerdings riecht es im gesamten Haus muffig. Die 2 Schubladen des im Wohnbereich vorhandenen Sidebord waren unaufgräumt voller Kleinkram, z. B Sonnenbrille und lose herumliegenden Spielsteinen blockiert. In den Schlafräumen ist teilweise kein Kleiderschrank zum Verstauen der persönlichen Textilien, Ablageflächen sind nicht vorhanden. Ein Kleiderachrank steht in dem. schmalen Zimmer, wo sich das Etagenbett befindet und der war vollgestopft mit vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspielen und zusätzlichem Bettzeug. Ausserdem sind oben auf diesem Schrank die Auflagen der Garten Möbel gelagert und direkt dem Bett gegenüber war der Staubsauger deponiert. Kein gemütliches Zimmer, welches wahrscheinlich als Kinderzimmer vorgesehen ist, zumal die einzige im Raum vorhandene Steckdose, ungesichert an der Wand in Höhe der Matratze des unteren Bettes angebracht ist. Ein weiterer Schlafraum bietet einen schmalen Schrank ohne Regale. Weiteres Mobiliar ist ausser Bett und 2 Hocker nicht vorhanden. Im oberen Schlaf- Bereich sind nur 2 niedrige

Urlaub

Das Haus war soweit ok, Preis und Leistung passen aber nicht so ganz. In dem ganzen Park gibt es leider keine Hundekotbeutel, obwohl viele mit Hunden dort Urlaub machen. Ein paar nette Tage Auszeit gehabt.
