We had a wonderful stay! The house was very well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished—you immediately feel at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.The location is a little outside the city, but easy to reach by car. It's perfect for watching the Northern Lights – we could see them every evening from the jacuzzi, it was simply magical! We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent location and lodgings

Beautiful and convenient location. The hosts were great to work with and super helpful with local recommendations. We spent every evening by the fire watching the northern lights. Moose even visited! There are 2-3 additional small apartment type units on property if you need extra rooms that may be available or rented by others.

Lovely house in a great location.

Only a 15 minute drive outside of Tromso - and 5 minutes from an excellent grocery store - the house feels secluded and cozy, as if you were way out in the country. It's perfectly clean, well equipped, well maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. The windows and view over the fjord are stunning, and fill the house with light. We spent our last evening on the back deck, sipping hot chocolate and watching the northern lights put on a brilliant show overhead. It's an experience I'll never forget, and a house we definitely plan to come back to.

Idyllic perfection

Wow. What can I say. This property is picturesque even on a bad day. The hosts Esther and her husband Tage are so accommodating and helpful. They really made us feel like nothing was too much trouble, great communication throughout. The place itself is very clean with all the amenities,it is finished to a high standard and well presented. The hot tub is an added bonus! But you would possibly have to share it if there were others staying as there are 2 other apartments on the same grounds.You are surrounded by nature and it offers amazing walks. We did walk to the grocery store (50 mins walk for us) one way! But there are bus links too that if we had more time we would have utilised. It’s only a short trip by car or bus into Tromso itself so not inaccessible at all. We would deffo stay again, in a heartbeat! It’s definitely stolen our hearts this one. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts! It’s been unforgettable.
