Light and airy, Bougainvillea, Ixora 4 is on the ground floor with direct access to the communal swimming pool. Sliding doors lead onto the patio where there is a dining table and 4 chairs, also 2 chairs and a drinks table for relaxing. The American style kitchen / lounge has stylish furnishings with a sofabed, side tables, breakfast bar, and satellite TV, local telephone and wifi. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, kettle etc. The double bedroom, has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe and the bathroom has a walk in shower. A small safe is also fitted for your personal items. For your comfort there is air con units in both the bedroom and lounge area, plus ceiling fans.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on the terrace.

Amazing Location

Clean, quiet, everything you need for daily living. 5 minutes to all the needs and multiple restaurants that serve very good food. It is also an easy 5 minute walk to the beach which is very beautiful and not busy like we usually experience. We also got to meet some fantastic people while sitting at the pool. We are planning to repeat this holiday next year 😁

Fab apartment in a great location

Comfortable and well maintained with the additional bonus of a shared pool. Everything you need for a holiday rental and easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and other amenities. Thanks Joan and Mark - we really enjoyed our stay and meeting you both!

Fantastic stay

The whole Ixora complex is super and well maintained. Our holiday was very relaxing and made easy by the quality of the condo. We had everything we needed which even included a second refrigerator to keep the Banks cold!! The pool area is excellent and well maintained and never over crowded. Holetown has everything you need and literally five minutes walk. We ate at home a few times but also had several meals out at Zaccios, Surfside and Spago and SeaCat which are are reasonably priced and great local food.

Stayed at ixora 9 nts in February lovely spacious accomodation very clean and everything you could ever need very close to all facilities of holetown just a brisk 10 mins walk would def stay there again

Wonderful Apartment

We had a great stay at this perfectly located apartment, where we walked to the beach, grocery store and shopping. The beach chairs were much appreciated, and we enjoyed snorkelling at the marine park within walking distance. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and we really enjoyed the huge veranda. The pool is nice with comfy loungers. Also an easy walk to the bus stop where you can go all over for only $2 Barbados. We had a wonderful time!
