Nice appartment in Ostuni

Mycket trevligt boende med bra läge i Ostuni. Gångavstånd till centrala staden med restauranger och shopping. Boendet rent, mysigt och kontakten med värden fungerade otroligt snabbt och bra. Rekommenderas!!

I didn’t want to be leave!

We fell in love with this property. It’s comfortable, romantic and well equipped. The location is wonderful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking to the town square and there’s a great place to get coffee and pastries just around the corner. If you have trouble with stairs it may not be for you, but if you don’t you will love the rooftop deck!

Vivere Ostuni a 360°

La casa è come dalla descrizione, non hai sorprese inaspettate ed è molto bella, arredata con gusto e con un'attenzione ai particolari. Le terrazze sono la cosa che più mi hanno incantato, per prima cosa perché si gode della ventilazione e del fresco della sera e poi perché si gode di una vista sui tetti di Ostuni che arriva fino al mare. Chiaramente non è una casa adatta a tutti, sconsigliata ad anziani e bambini per via delle scale ripide e alte che il tempo ha consumato e richiedono quindi attenzione e ...ginocchia buone essendo la casa sviluppata su più livelli. La casa è praticamente a due minuti a piedi dalle strade principali del centro ma non posso negare che il problema parcheggio e circolazione non è cosa da sottovalutare per chi ha auto di grandi dimensioni. Personalmente ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci siamo saputi organizzare anche per cenare in terrazzo ma capisco che non è una cosa fattibile per tutti. La messaggistica coi proprietari è stata facile, proficua e veloce.

casa carina,ma non adatta a tutti

intanto nessuno avvisa che arrivando alla stazione dei treni non esistono i taxi ,ma solo autobus che portano a piu' di 1 km e mezzo dalla casa, poi la casa manca di parecchie cose e anche utensili in cucina, avevo chiesto uno spremi limoni e non mi è stato mai risposto se potevo averlo, chiedevo uno di quelli di plastica, no uno elettrico, la stessa cucina entrando avendo i soffitti molto bassi, si sbatte sempre la testa, troppo piccola. poi il letto matrimoniale non esiste ,è un letto a una piazza e mezza molto piccolo, non si puo' dormire in due, e il divano letto è molto scomodo da montare, che poi resta nei pressi della cucina, non è una casa da tre posti letti come scrivono sull'annuncio!! molto scomodo il bagno grande, troppe scale per raggiungerlo e per chi ha qualche difficolta' motoria non va bene. Diciamo che le foto che hanno fatto corrispondono solo in parte all' appartamento reale , non sono rimasta soddisfatta. e abbastanza costoso per il servizio che da, tra l'altro non ho ancora ricevuto la mia caparra di ritorno.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großartigen Dachterrassen!

Liebevoll saniertes, historisches Gebäude mit Gewölbedecken - was man ihm von außen nicht ansieht. Wunderbare Atmosphäre. Sehr stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung und Einrichtung. Sehr schöne, exklusiv genutzte Dachterrassen. Parken in der Umgebung gelingt zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten unterschiedlich gut - machmal muss man noch eine Runde drehen. Das ist es aber wert. Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell und aufmerksam. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very quiet and lovely atmosphere

It was a wonderfull place to stay in october. The apartment has a lovely atmosphere with all the stairs and the corners and the differnet balconies....Very comfortable bed and it is a very quiet apartment. Very good service and nice welcoming. Especially the heating was importand and worked very well. We will come again.

Super schöne Wohnung mit Stil

Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig und stilgerecht eingerichtet. Super Lage, in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß im historischen Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. In der Wohnung hat es diverse Treppen, deshalb sollte man noch gut zu Fuß sein. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

House very nice and spacious. It 'was my third holiday in Ostuni and this house is my favorite ! Like all old houses have stairs , but the terraces offer a beautiful view. "La casa è in ottimo stat...

"La casa è in ottimo stato,finemente rifinita e dotata di tutti comfort.Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l''alloggio pulito e con biancheria già pronta all''uso.I proprietari sono attenti e diponibili, oltre che molto ospitali.La location è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro paese e prossima alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, per chi si dovesse spostare senza auto. Negozi, alimentari, bar/ristoranti e bancomat a pochi metri.Raccomandatissima."
