Geschirr vollständig vorhanden, einige Pfannen etwas älter, aber gut nutzbar. Check-in verlief reibungslos – Lorenzo hat uns vor Ort freundlich empfangen, nachdem er uns per WhatsApp kontaktiert hatte. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, es roch frisch nach Reinigungsmitteln. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen schönen Ausblick und kann weit ins Tal sehen. Dank Klimaanlage mussten wir die Fenster kaum öffnen und hatten so mit Wespen oder anderen Insekten keine Probleme. Müll lässt sich bequem täglich entsorgen, was für Ordnung sorgt und Ameisenansammlungen vermeidet. Der schmale, steile Weg vom Berg zum Meer wirkte anfangs etwas ungewohnt, ließ sich aber nach ein bis zwei Tagen problemlos meistern. Die Kirche in der Nähe läutet von 7:30 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr jede halbe Stunde, was uns jedoch nicht störte, da wir zu dieser Zeit ohnehin aufstanden und meist unterwegs waren.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Es war wirklich sehr schön, ob das Land Italien oder der süße kleine Ort wo die Ferienwohnung war. Wir haben beim wandern vieles entdeckt. Der Strand und die Stadt waren ca 15 bis 20 min von Lorenzo seiner Ferienwohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Schöne Lage, super gepflegt. Hier wurde der Weg schon einmal bemängelt, aber man muss bedenken es ist überall und viel in Italien so. Es ist ein Erlebnis und es ist auch was besonderes. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Erholung Sucht. Auch Abenteuer und Spaß sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Lorenzo

Photo ne correspond pas , lendroit ne correspond pas lappartement et situé dans les montagnes pour y accéder il faut emprunter des routes sinueuses tres très très dangereuse non éclairée sans barriere de sécurité sur une voie a double sens qui peux accueillir un vélo limite. Pour des personnes avec des phobie du vide je vous déconseille vivement vous risquez davoir un arret cardiaque. Le propriétaire nous a facturé car il a refuser de nous rembourser nous avont quitter les lieux au bout de 24h car , la nuit a etait tres tres longue car lappartement et diviser en deux en face dune eglise abandonnée mais les cloches sonne toutes les 30 min meme la nuit. La piscine est situer a 500 m de la maison qui ai payante qui acceuil essentiellement les gens du village , la tele ne fonctionne pas en francais , pas de wifi , pas de reseau , pas de boutique , la plage ce trouve a 30 min en voiture.Le propriétaire ne cest meme pas donner la peine de revenir recuperer ses clé le lendemain il nous a demander de juste laisser les cle sur la table et de claquer la porte. Ils nois a gacher nos vacances de 3 semaines avec nos enfants nois avons parcourru plus de 1000 km sans compter lessence les peages la fatigue les enfants lenervement. Alors si vous etes suicidaires en dépression , le vide , la solitude , vous etes au bon endroit je vous déconseille vivement.

Bonjour Djamel, je suis vraiment désolé pour votre commentaire. Je vais répondre à vos déclarations point par point. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à l'hébergement, preuve en sont les autres commentaires sur nos propriétés qui l'affirment. La route est empruntée non seulement en voiture, mais également par le bus qui rejoint le village plusieurs fois par jour. En ce qui concerne le remboursement, votre réservation incluait 3 semaines et, sur la base du contrat signé sur le site, vous n’auriez eu droit à aucun remboursement alors que j’avais accepté de vous faire payer seulement une semaine (à l'arrivée vous aveze accepté de rester une seule semaine) et de ne pouvoir ensuite louer la totalité de la période suivante. Les cloches sonnent la nuit jusqu'à 22 heures et l'église n'est pas abandonnée: c'est l'ancienne église paroissiale de San Bernardo où la messe est célébrée tous les dimanches matin. La piscine est située à 200 mètres du logement et, comme indiqué correctement dans nos communications (en envoyant la liste de prix), elle est facturée. La télévision est équipée de chaînes par satellite également en français. Le wifi n'est pas présent comme indiqué sur le site et les plages sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Je ne pouvais pas être présent au moment du départ car cela est prévu pour le samedi alors que vous avez décidé de quitter votre logement un autre jour, alors que je suis normalement occupé à travailler. Je termine en disant que son mari et les enfants ont trouvé l'appartement magnifique et ont insisté pour s'arrêter pendant que vous voulait partir immédiatement. J'espère cependant que vous pourrez profiter d'une partie de vos vacances ailleurs et vous souhaiter une bonne journée.

Molto carina la appartamento e pulita. Sarebbe perfetto la finestra con zanzariera perché mi piaceva ad aprire sempre la finestra per videre la panoramica

Schoon, compleet en rustig

Woning is compleet ingericht. Naast de woonkamer met keuken zijn er 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ruime douche. De wasmachine is zeer handig. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vlakbij op loopafstand is een geweldig zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over het dal en de zee. Het zwembad is openbaar en open van 10.00h tot 20.00h. Bij het zwembad is een bar waar men heerlijke broodjes kan eten. Geopend van 10.00h tot 22.00h. In de avond komt hier het dorp samen om gezellig te kletsen en een drankje te nuttigen (erg leuk en zeer gastvrij). Evigno ligt op ca. 20 autominuten van de zee en de kronkelende weg is af en toe zeer smal (lastig als een bus de tegengestelde richting op moet). Er zijn geen voorzieningen (geldautomaat, supermarkt). Wel is er een restaurant waar men prima kan eten voor een zeer gunstige prijs. Een geweldig verblijf gehad!!!!

Gemütliche und moderne Ferienwohnung...

....in wunderschöner Lage! Die Wohnung ist Toll! Super Sauber und Alles da was man braucht. Die Kinder waren von Ihrem Zimmer begeistert und für uns gab es zur Begrüßung lecker Basilikum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Das öffentliche Schwimmbad ist in dem kleinen Dorf Evigno ein Treffpunkt für alle und dort ist immer was los. die Landschaft ist sehr schön und es ist dort sehr ruhig und friedlich. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Der nächste Ort am Strand ist in 10 /15 Minuten zu erreichen und dort bekommt man auch alle Waren des täglichen Bedarfs. Für uns war es eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche ...und ich könnte mir sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen !
