Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with free parking, super bright and in a central location in the Bravo Murillo/Plaza Castilla area, with excellent communications nearby. The closest underground station is 2 minutes away from the apartment (direct line to Puerta del Sol), with a supermarket and a pharmacy just 50m away and lots of bars and restaurants.

It is quite spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. It consists of a super bright living room with a bay window and a dining area, 1 bedroom with another bay window and a built-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine/dryer) with everything you need for cooking and a toilet with a bath tub. The decoration has been carefully selected in order to make you feel like home and the living room has a brand new, premium sofa/bed so that 4 guests can have a confortable and pleasant stay.

I'm available for guests at all times and I'm happy to help you with anything you need and give you recommendations about where to go, where to eat or how to move around the city. Check-in is done autonomously through a remote system - that means there's no need for me to meet you upon arrival, so you have total flexibility to arrive any time you want with no rush (not before 16:00).

In the Bravo Murillo/Plaza Castilla area, a super central location with excellent communications. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy just 50m away and it is right next to the Remonta Square, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. Football fans can get to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in just 20 minutes on foot.

We have a parking spot (included in the price) in the building on the opposite side of the road. The nearest underground station (Valdeacederas) is literally just 2 minutes away on foot and it will take you straight to Puerta del Sol in 15-20 minutes. Around the station there are several bus stops and a public car park. The apartment is outside the traffic restricted area of Madrid Central so, if you're coming by car, you won't have any trouble when getting to the apartment, except on high pollution episodes when restrictions are applied in all the city.

Great place to stay in Madrid

The place is clean and located in a convenient area. There is a lift even though the apartment is located on the first floor. We felt safe as well. Thank you Pablo.

Apartamento cómodo y bien situado

El apartamento aunque pequeño es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Es un detalle que te dejen desayuno para el primer día, lo necesario para cocinar e incluso gel y champú. La cama nos pareció muy cómoda y la calefacción fue básica en unos días de mucho frío. Además, el parking es un plus. Aparcas y te olvidas del coche, y como está tan bien comunicado tienes paradas de metro y autobús a la vuelta de la esquina para ir a donde necesites. Muy contentos y agradecidos con Pablo, que nos atendió amablemente en todo momento, y se preocupó de que todo estuviera bien. Lo recomendamos y si volvemos, repetiremos. Ana.
