This room offers a romantic atmosphere and is very unique. From your doorway you step into a large shaded area with a sitting area and 2 hammocks. This area opens on to the courtyard with an additional 2 hammocks, sitting areas and grills.
You will have access to the beach just across the street. Iron and hair dryer on request at the office. Bicycles and BBQ grills located in the courtyard! Several restaurants within walking distance! Supermarkets, National parks, zip lines, waterfalls, Mayan ruins, snorkeling, fishing, diving, illuminated night time water tours and much more!

Upon arriving, we were greeted by our friendly host, Junior. He was very kind and friendly however, there were too many issues that he should have known of prior to us checking in and it just made for a rough night and inconvenient stay. Upon checking in, we noticed water on the floor. We found the water jug they placed in the room to be dripping all over the floor. I placed it outside and notified Junior. Then we were going to use the cups in the cabinet and they were very dirty. Then, as we laid down, the bed springs were broken in each mattress and caused severe back pain to both my wife and I. We actually joked about it becuase they had an advertisement int he toom for back massages and we considered it clever marketing. However, it was really bad and they moved us to another room the next day. The next room was better but it should have never of been that bad. The excuse was, well I dont sleep on those beds. Crappy answer after he verified that they need to replace them. Also, the room is in a compound looking area...not a private room or building separate from other rooms.

People were great. There are free bicycles which is all you need to get around in Hopkins. The guest house is just across the street from the beach. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great.

The property was unique. It was welcoming and had excellent outdoor seating if you didn't feel like leave. The one thing I did not like was that it was at the far end of town. However, they did have bikes for guests to use which made it so much better.
