UDANE

We love this apartment. Perfect for 4 people, with several equipped terraces, a patio to take a shower on the way back from the beach and not disturb the interior, very charming, with air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.

Udane, is located in a very good area. Next to the beach, a few meters from the restaurant and park, near Ciutadella and in a very comfortable area!

Designed for your vacations, for summer comfort and a perfect stay!

The apartment was spotless, great layout and facilities

if you want a peaceful tranquil spot in Menorca this is it. The apartment was spotless, great layout and facilities. 2-3mins to a gorgeous pool and the fabulous Mr Beps restaurant and bar. its about 20min walk to Cala'n Blanes beach where there are a couple of beach bars. Across the street 250m from complex is the supermarket, coffee shop and a big gastro bar Impar. Bus stop outside main gate if you want to explore the islandjust go to Ciutadela port (recommend!). We enjoyed our 5days and would recommend Mautervillas and the area.

Todo nos gustó. La información de la ubicación, ya que cuando clicaba en la casita del mapa nos mandó a otra ubicación distinta, creo que sería más fácil poner la calle y el número para que fuese más sencillo llegar al alojamiento.

Logement très propre et très bien agencé. Idéal avec un enfant ! La douche extérieure est un super plus ! L'accueil était super : des petits trucs en plus comme une bouteille d'eau, des petites capsules de café etc. Le gros plus : nous recevons avant d'arriver un guide très complet sur le logement et la région ! C'est top !

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer netten Umgebung. Malerische Bucht ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine Apotheke befinden sich gleich in der Nähe. Die Küche der Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir viel und gerne selbst gekocht haben: Empfehlenswert!

Apartamento espacioso, y muy bien situado

Me ha gustado mucho lo espacioso que es, la limpieza y la ubicación, cerca de dos calas maravillosas y a un paseo de Ciudadela . La piscina de la urbanización está también muy bien y se respira mucha tranquilidad en el entorno.

Tanto la empresa como el dueño fueron muy atentos. La casa estaba muy limpia. La ubicación muy buena, a 5 -10 min de una cala muy bonita, y con tiendas y restaurantes también muy cercanos. Un sitio para repetir.

Tutto...Ottima la posizione, bella la piscina, e la casa davvero accogliente e molto curata. Inoltre, la struttura si trova a breve distanza dal centro storico di Ciutadella, incantevole, che si può raggiungere con pochi minuti di auto, oppure anche grazie ad una bella passeggiata panoramica. Son muy proactivos, contestan rápido y la casa corresponde a las fotos, todo está como lo ves. Estaba todo limpio y tienen detalles como dejarte detergente para lavadora o cosas de limpieza a estrenar. El único motivo por el que no les he dado un 10 es porque, en nuestra opinión, ni las camas ni el sofá son cómodos, pero por lo demás, todo es como se ve en las fotos y explica en la descripción.
