Modern Apartment, Central Location 5 minutes walk to Beach

Built on a private complex 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, spacious fully equipped 2nd floor apartment. Luxury furniture throughout, Wifi and Air conditioning, this apartment now has a Amazon fire stick with many sky channels, you can also use Netflix if you have an account. With a furnished balcony over looking the large pool area which has a separate child's pool, Shower and toilet. This balcony has the sun during the day. Secure underground parking and 2 lifts.
The Apartment is centrally located meaning only a short stroll for restaurants, shops and bars and the beautiful sandy beach. A good base for those wishing to explore more of the Algarve with good Public Transport - Albufeira is about 15 minutes and shuttle buses also run from the town to main attractions such as Zoo Marine and Algarve Shopping centre Both only about a 10 - 15 minute drive away. For Golfers there are over 10 golf courses within 20 mins drive. Car hire is available in the town, or we can recommend a company.


Armacao De Pera - Ideal for All: The apartment which is furnished to a high quality, with large rooms, has the added bonus of the large enclosed pool area which is great for families, with its private access. Or the beautiful beach which stretches for miles with beach front restaurants and bars and has life guards in peak season.
There is a tourist office centrally located in town and a booking office, a fresh food market on most Saturdays, along with everything else you would expect including a medical centre, dentists and friendly locals.

Central Algarve Location: For those wanting to explore, Armacao is an ideal base, as trips for example to Zoo Marine, Aqua Land, Go-Karting, local markets or even Lisbon, can be booked at the local tour office.
Public transport is easy and reliable as is the taxi service available. There is also car and bike hire a short walk from the apartment.
This is also an ideal base for the golfer as your spoilt for choice in the Algarve.
The Apartment does have the official rental licence required for Portugal.

Long-term winter stay

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was ideally placed for access to the promenade and many supermarkets and restaurants. Lovely large kitchen and separate TV lounge.

This is a large, well-equipped, and very practical apartment.Shared pool, but very nice.The beaches are very beautiful and very close.Many very good restaurants nearby.Also, the supermarket is a 3-minute walk away.We are very happy to have this accommodation for our stay.Cordially Mr Rex

We found the location to be excellent and well worth the price. The only downfall is that the pool was very busy and filled with young children, but that is to be expected given the time of the year.

Lovely apartment

The pictures don’t do this place justice as it is much nicer when you see it in person. Location is superb you are short walk beach and local bars and restaurants. Pool area is ideal and secure for family’s. Would highly recommend this place. Great communication with the hosts too. Excellent all round.

The property gave us everything we asked for good walking access to the town lift access to the property every thing in the property to make it easy for a long stay including washing machine and dishwasher WiFi included and also a pool in all 222 bathroom

Superb apartment spacious, very clean and close to all amenities

This had been the best apartment I've booked. All facilities are first class. Shops restaurants and bars all in abundance. The complex has a fine pool and a child play pool. Very clean and secure gated and fenced. Very safe for children. After pool time the area is very quiet but there is plenty of night life in town. My thanks to to the owners for being so helpful. Thank you

Very nice apartment and location

We are 5, 2 23 year old Boys anda a 16 year old girl. The apartment hás space enough for us at 10 mins of the Beach near the lidl supernarket. The price was fair and it was a very nice staying. Its a 2nd floor in a 5 floor building. Not the huge buildings with lots of apartment per floor.

Location parfaite à Armaçeo del Pera Portugal

Location très bien placée pour visiter la région et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et du front de mer avec une très belle plage. Garage souterrain (2 places), piscine, 2 salles de bain avec toilettes. Une cuisine équipé magnifique, 3 télévisions (une dans la cuisine, dans le salon, et dans la chambre), par contre uniquement en Anglais et en Portugais (de ce fait inutile pour nous), c'est dommage.... Supermarché au bas de l'immeuble (très pratique). Tout à été parfait.

Férias muito agradáveis

Apartamento muito bom, espaçoso, bem localizado. Alguns pormenores menos bons que não prejudicaram a estadia, como o congelador que não estava a congelar, a máquina de lavar loiça que não lavava bem e o microondas que não gira o prato. Foram realmente só pormenores... mas aconselhamos esta propriedade e agradecemos ao George a receção!

Apartamento bom, num condomínio com uma piscina aceitável e perto da praia. O pior foi mesmo a limpeza que deixou muito a desejar. Em tempos de covid pedia-se mais. No geral foi uma estadia agradável.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment has amazing space, two sunny balconies and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our holiday very much, the pool area is clean and we never struggled to get a sun bed. The area is fairly quiet with lots of places to eat. We didn’t go on the beach but it looked lovely.

Stylish and Spacious base to explore the Algarve

This amazing apartment is centrally located and so easy to access everything from, the beach is 5 min walk, supermarket is 10 min walk, and cafe's, restaurants and bars are all dotted around. The apartment has everything you could want and is so nicely done out and equipped you could happily live in it all year round. Wifi, Air con (hot and cold) and dishwasher and 2 secure underground parking spaces make it a real home from home. The owners were incredibly helpful and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend booking this apartment again and again..

Ideal Location

This was our 6th visit to Armacao De Pera and we still love the area. We travelled as a family with a 5 year old and and found great child friendly eating places and location was perfect for the beach. Eating places to note - Busaris is always constantly good for lunch and Bombarino is the new fish restaurant also worth a visit. Of course we always are welcomed back by Charlie at the Waterdog for an essential rehydration after a day at the beach! The apartment was ideal for our needs!

Fantatic location & spacious apartment

We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment for 8 nights with our 2 year old Daughter, The apartment was spacious,spotlessly clean & had every possible thing that you would need on a self catering holiday. It was in a secure & safe location with the added bonus of a pool & shops/restaurants nearby. The DVD player was an added bonus for our little girl 😃 Ian & Amanda made sure that we had everything we needed for our Daughter Eg Travel Cot & Highchair. Large modern apartment with excellent facilities

Excellent apartment, spacious and modern, with everything you would need. Good complex with swimming pools and secure parking, great location as central to town and the beach - all within walking distance. Good communication with owners, would definetely reccomend.
