103 Clube Alvor Ria is a beautifully located, luxury1 bedroom ground floor apartment in the most sought after of accommodations in Alvor. It is a private and peaceful complex in Alvor's premier location.
The stunning sandy beach and boardwalk are less than a 5 minute walk with shops, restaurants and cafes all just outside the complex entrance.
103 has fabulous views of the Ria (estuary) marina as well as an uninterrupted view to the beach from the apartments large balcony.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises of one large bedroom with a king size bed with built in wardrobes along with a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.
103 has a spacious open plan interior, dining area and living room with a comfortable three seat sofa (which converts to a full size double sofa bed) as well as a two seat sofa, WiFi, 4K 55 Inch Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube Etc) with Blu-ray player as well as a portable Bluetooth speaker for all of your entertainment enjoyment.
The double aspect balcony has a separate dining area that overlooks the private swimming pool and a lounging area for catching the afternoon sun with a little more privacy.
There is off street parking directly outside of the front door of the apartment as well as a secure underground car-parking space.

Comfortable stay

Martin’s apartment was perfect for our long stay in winter. Cozy, comfortable and with everything we needed. Well set up kitchen. Nice views and privacy. Magia was so kind and helpful once we arrived. Martin is a very supportive host and answered all our questions. Would love to return

Alvor no seu esplendor

Bela estadia neste belo apartamento, super bem equipado e muito bem localizado! A Magia é uma senhora muito simpática e muito disponível! O Martin foi sempre muito atencioso e respondeu sempre ao que lhe pedia. Soube tão bem ir de manhã à praia, vir para o complexo, passar pelo chuveiro, mergulhar na piscina, almoçar e passar a tarde toda nos banhos de sol e piscina...☀️🌡️🌴 A repetir! 👌

If you have been to Alvor before then you more than likely know where the beach, the fisherman's huts, the boardwalk and the Ria are. We are very fortunate to look out over all of them and are only a few minutes walk from the center of town as well.
If you have never been to Alvor before all you need to know is everything is right on your doorstep for you to enjoy.
