The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and television;
Living / dining room with two sofas, one of the sofas is sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, mobile with TV and air conditioning;
Full bathroom with walk-in shower;
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and kettle,
 The balcony has an area of 8 m2, facing the pool area and sea view with table and chairs.
The location of this apartment allows easy access on foot to the beach, town center, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and the Private Hospital of Alvor. The apartment has bed linen and towels included.

Great Vacation Spot

A most enjoyable 11 night stay.

Convenient for all amenities in Alvor, comfortable, everything needed to ensure your stay was as pleasurable as possible. For our hosts nothing was too much trouble. Excellent would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Great apartment on the top floor with a sea view, getting lovely afternoon sun. All the facilities you could need and Paula and David were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay in Alvor and look forward to returning again. Thanks so much :)

Ideal apartment in great location

We have stayed at Villa da Praia on two previous occasions over the years and love the location and facilities. For a one bedroom apartment it is very spacious, well equipped and ideal. Paula and David were perfect hosts who met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and kept us informed throughout. A big thank you to you both. No hesitating in recommending as it is in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Alvor Get-away

The one bedroom unit is very well equipped and comfortable. The location is superb with the beach, boardwalks and cliffwalks nearby. Many fine restaurants are also within easy walking distance, many of which serve the freshest seafood from the town's fishing boats. A very warm and friendly town. Paula and David are very attentive and accommodating hosts.

A beautiful well maintained spacious one bed apt overlooking the pool. Afternoon and evening sun. Apt is well kitted out with lounge sofas; dining area and air con. Complex is well maintained and there is a lift. Secure with key access it is located near to beach yet near the town.

Good apartment in our favourite complex

Overall a really nice stay again at Vila da Praia. The bed and pillows are comfortable, we don’t use the air con as prefer to keep windows open if possible and the location of the apartment enabled this as quiet and a nice breeze into the bedroom overnight. Fantastic view from the balcony and a good canopy to use in the afternoon if it’s not too windy. The bathroom needs some attention on the grouting and the showerhead leaks but the shower is powerful and the bathroom is a good size. A mirror of any type outside of the bathroom would be a useful addition. Paula’s communication was great and we really appreciated her accommodating our early arrival.

Great apartment in a great location

This is a great apartment in a lovely complex. We were met by the owner on arrival and shown the apartment. It was a lovely touch to have been left a welcome pack of food and drink. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious and provided us with all we needed for an 8 night stay. The outside deck got the afternoon / evening sun and we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink outside most nights. We ate in on a few occasions and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The other nights we went into Alvor which was a short walk away. From the outset the owners were quick to respond to our enquiry and a few days into our stay checked to ensure we had everything we required. We visit Alvor yearly and will definitely be checking the availability of this apartment.

Great Apartment, Great Town

This is a nice, large, clean, well equiped apartment. It overlooks a beautiful pool with an ocean view in the distance. One of the best features was the large outdoor deck. The fact that the deck faced the west gave this apartment a real plus, especially during our stay in Mid April when the weather could have been warmer some days. The deck was very enjoyable from late afternoon until sunset. David and Paula were very helpful getting us moved in and suggesting some things to see and do around Alvor. They had new internet WIFI and cable TV with English channels installed shortly after our arrival. They also brought us a co-axial cable so we could tie our laptop to the TV and watch some NetFlix. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment and the small town feel of Alvor. Gay & Linda

Praia da Villa Alvor, top floor apartment

Lovely apartment, home from home, everything catered for. I stayed with a friend, so I used the sofa bed, which is the main sofa in the picture it was very comfy with a nice deep mattress. The apartment was very clean, has recently been modernised Only the top floor apartments have a sea view which was lovely to have. Paula was very helpful, I hope to visit again next year.

aufgrund der zentralen Lage zwischen Strand und Ort ist das Appertement für uns die optimale Unterkunft. Leider ist sie auch stark gefragt, sodass man sich beeilen muss, zu Recht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort ist unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Schöne große moderne Ferienwohnung mit idealer Lage nahe Strand und City. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit direktem Poolblick und sogar Meerblick. Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart aber dies war unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Paula hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
