This apartment is on the second and last floor (roof terrace) with elevator with a large balcony of 16m2 overlooking the heated swimming pool, a second smaller balcony with barbecue waiting for the kitchen and a roof terrace with sea and panoramic views perfect for sunsets. sun, 31m2 with direct access to the large balcony fully equipped with a lounge, dining table, barbecue, sheltered by a shade sail.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Communication with host for booking and with Paula for check in was first class. Added bonus is the roof terrace which gets the sun all day and amazing views of the sunset. Would definitely recommend here and would stay again in the future.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is spacious and very well appointed. It's a short walk in to Alvor town which was perfect for our needs . Our daughter and her partner stayed there for 1 week and loved it. It's a credit to the owner and well worth staying in.

Our stay at the appartment of Nathalie and Laurent in Alvor

We really enjoyed this nice, well equipped and modern apartment at a great location (close to a supermarket and the old centre of Alvor) where it is easy to park your car. Makes it convenient location to explore the Algarve region during our stay in April 2024 when the weather was gorgious.

Wonderful apartment

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was as described. Fast responses with owner and we were met by the lovely Paula on arrival who was very helpful throughout our stay. The roof terrace was our favourite space.

Stunning Alvor Views & Inside Cozyness

Stunning modern, super clean & comfie apartment with EVERYTHING you need for a perfect holiday. Rooftop patio the ‘icing on the cake’! Checkin seamless with the very helpful Paula & the owner Nathalie was very easy to communicate with as well. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy the charming village of Alvor.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything you could need. Location to village 2 minutes walk. The roof terrace was stunning. The only negative was that there was no sunbeds by the pool, however that did not stop us from enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay again

Review of stay in Albur B Alvor

Total overall, stay was great, location is very good, property is nice and clean. Rooftop terrace with river / sea view is big bonus. Pingo Doce supermarket in next building is big plus too. Only issue we had is inaccurate communication about check-in process. It took as some time to get contact of person in Alvor who allowed us access apartment.

Wonderful Accommodation in Alvor

This was our second time staying at this clean and very well appointed apartment in charming Alvor. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment/dishes etc., and the outdoor space is wonderful! Pingo Dolce (grocery store) is located next door so shopping for food is very convenient.Our host (Nathalie) and Paula (who takes care of the apartment) are both a pleasure. Any questions you may have will be answered promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this apartment, and would stay here again on a future visit.Thank you Nathalie and Paula.

Lovely clean apartment

On arrival, Paula, the property agent met us at the complex as arraged. She was always available on her mobile but we had no issues. The apartment was very clean , plenty of crockery in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. The balcony overlooking the pool is very nice and a great place to sit/ dine. The roof terrace was great for lounging. The complex is quiet and well maintained . We would definitely stay again.

Another nice stay in Alvor, our third year in booking this apartment.

Accommodation excellent and location perfect for the beach and especially the Pingo Doce Supermarketq next door. Very quiet location and only €5 to Portimao by Uber, €20-€27 Uber to Lagos. Found the Yacht Club at the harbour very good once more for daytime drinks & lunches. Only fault with the apartment was the toilet door which appears to have dropped a bit making it difficult to close properly. Paula met us on arrival so we had no waiting time as we phoned from the airport.

Splendid apartment in an excellent location

Property was very clean and absolutely everything was provided, even down to a Tefal Actifry. Paula who manages the apartment on behalf of the owner does an excellent job and is very easy to contact if necessary. A short stroll from the centre of the village, plenty places to eat and drink. The Yacht Club on the sea front became our “local”. Would definitely book this apartment again. We stayed first two weeks in May and the daily max temperature was around 24 degs C. Taxi booked via Algerserra Transfers and cost around €55 one way, Faro to Alvor. Location is next door to the Pingo Doce supermarket, making it easy to do the grocery shopping.

Another great vacation in Alvor

Apartment immaculate as usual, this is our third annual stay here. Just one problem with the bathroom door which was a bit stiff to close, but this has been reported. Weather here in May/June is perfect, not too hot and sunshine every day. We’ll most likely be back next year. Transport to other areas from Alvor very keenly priced by Uber and a very efficient service as well from Algarserra in transferring from Faro Airport. Paula met us on time to give us access and explain things. All in all a great experience and enjoyable vacation.

Albur block b appartments

It was nice to stay there Was nt gone on the rugs on the floor for hygeine reasons and they didnt look clean Rugs could be a place were ants would be attracted to and not seeable The sun beds on the downstairs balcony were nt that comfortably at all or safe for adults The cushions up on the roof were stained and could have done with a wash They are only small things but make a difference Hope you take this a positive feed back Thank you and we would like yo come back again

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The apartment was very clean and modern. The kitchen was supplied with all the equipment you need, and the supermarket next door was an added bonus. Paula was there when we arrived, and showed us through the apartment. Nathalie is an excellent host. She responded to all my questions promptly before arriving in Alvor. Lovely Apartment

Had 3 weeks in this apartment. It is the best equipped rental I’ve ever had. Everything supplied was as new . The kitchen has everything you need if you want to self cater . The apartment was spotless when we arrived to be shown round by the lovely Paula , who was very helpful . The rooftop terrace was completely private and had the sun all day . Good size pool which I had to myself when I wanted a swim . The apartment was bigger than expected and was just right for us as a couple. Great location for everything Alvor has to offer .
