Lovely Central Apartment in Wien Top 13

My lovely apartment is located in the central spot in Vienna. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be used for a single person sleeping bed.

If you are new to Vienna for traveling, I would recommend to walk 10 mins to the Wien river and walk along the river to enjoy the calm vibe of the city. There are also lots of restaurants near by the apartment on the main street Praterstraße.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Great Stay

We had a very pleasant time staying at the flat. It’s in a great spot just around the corner from the metro, and also walkable to many places. It was quiet and comfortable as well.

Excellent location

The apartment was perfectly located for everything we needed to do and see. We loved the proximity to the train station, supermarket, restaurants and the canal walk. The apartment facilities could be improved with the addition of a microwave perhaps but this is just my personal preference. Overall, it was a lovely apartment to stay in…especially with the spring sun streaming through the window in the afternoons.

Th apartment itself was fine. I have communicated suggestions to operator. The situation in building not communicated in listing- some people might not care. The main issue is that the building was under active construction during our stay- dust, construction garbage in hallways, elevator not working. The main door was open 24/7.
