Apartamentos Day Madrid welcomes you to this cozy studio apartment, located in an unbeatable area just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the very heart of Madrid. Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.



We take care of every detail so that you feel at home from the very first moment. We look forward to welcoming you!.





It is a practical and functional street-facing apartment of 25 m2 ideal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The studio is distributed in a single sunny and modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a single bed of 90 cm, both dressed with their bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.



The accommodation features air conditioning as well as an electric heater, storage space for your belongings, a television, and a small dining table.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils.



You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.



Free wireless WIFI network.



Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

Check in office is way too far away to not give foreigners visiting for the first time any warning or heads up especially with all the luggage people come with. And if you arrive early, don’t expect them to let you leave your bags in the room. You can pay to leave them in the office until your EXACT check in time. Hot water didn’t work for the first two days and even when it was finally fixed, cold water would randomly just spit out in the middle of showering, or if the neighbors are showering then forget your hot water completely, it’s nonexistent. And speaking of neighbors…if you enjoy sleeping in late morning/past 7am or even just want peace and quiet throughout the day…this is not the place for you. The family who lives next door has a very noisy and disruptive child which can really make or break your vacation experience. This place was not cheap for it to be full of so many inconveniences or else I’d say “you get what you paid for” but you get less than that here. The only good thing about the place is the location, it’s very conveniently located in the city.

As for the noise, the apartment is located right on Gran Via, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants, and more. We’re sorry about the incidents; we’re working hard to ensure our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The listing is nothing like what is posted here. Check in was difficult, the room is smaller and much dirtier than pictured, and there was absolutely no hot water. The host told us that this was due to the large amount of people staying at the listing and noted that we would likely be without hot water for the entirety of our stay. We ended up leaving after about 15 minutes and let both the host and Vrbo know that this was not acceptable for any length of stay, but especially for a multiple day trip. We ended up at a nearby hotel. Vrbo is currently working on getting us a full refund as not having hot water is against their policy, but it has been a very slow and frustrating process.It costs the same amount to stay here as it would a hotel in the area. Do yourself a favor and pick one of those, not only so you don’t have to deal with this listing, but so you don’t have to count on Vrbo to get you your money back.
