What a fabulous cottage.
What a fabulous cottage. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Excellent communication with the owner for access. Everything was provided for a ‘home from home’ experience and the furniture was so comfortable. The outside space is fully enclosed so our Jack Russell was safe to potter about without us having to stand and watch him.The location of the cottage is perfect as it is away from the main road but with easy access to the Durham Dales, Durham, Bishop Aukland, High Force etc. It is also only a few minutes walk into the town centre with supermarkets, gift shops, takeaways and the church. Also an easy walk to the river. We can highly recommend The Croft and we will definitely be returning.
