We had a great time at Rosemary Cottage. It is a lovely property in a good location and is very well equipped. A great welcome pack was provided including lots of stuff for the dog. We couldn’t have asked for more from a holiday rental and would highly recommend .

We had a fantastic week at Rosemary Cottage.
We had a fantastic week at Rosemary Cottage. Holidaying with a toddler and a baby can be challenging but the cottage had everything we needed with lots of thoughtful extras, and was a relaxing, comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring. As mentioned by other reviewers, the hot tub is a great addition, and the garden was lovely and peaceful and safe for our children. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking etc. Hickling itself was an ideal location - we’d recommend popping into The Greyhound whilst you’re there. We would definitely recommend Rosemary Cottage to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage.
Lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage. Scene was set with lovely welcome note and welcome pack from Jennifer. Facilities are great and good with small dog. Hot Tub was fantastic. Even in the rain. Stargazing in the evening from the Hot tub was special. Smart tv was good as was the WiFi. Log burner was a joy too. All clean and sheets were good quality. Only one bathroom and toilet which was known. And the shower was ok, not the most powerful but good heat. Cottage has a lovely feel to it. Village is small but lovely. Ordered a Waitrose delivery for basics. No local shop in village but Local pub Greyhound was great for Sunday Lunch especially. Advise to book. Went to Horsey to see the seals. Coffee and cake at Poppylands … unique place themed around WW2. Winterton on Sea really nice - which was fabulous for beach walk. Ate breakfast at Poppy’s which was great. Also had a Breakfast bap at the Seal View cafe on another day. Mundesley was also a decent visit and beach walk. Cromer was traditional seaside town visit with fish and chips from No1. Also ventured to the Gunton Arms (30 mins drive) which was exceptional for dinner. Hickling Broads nearby and boat hire easy to do. All in all, a really fab experience with this lovely cottage as the base.
