Oak Boutique Lodge with hot tub is a smart lodge overlooking the lake and its position maximises the evening sun. It benefits from underfloor heating throughout and air conditioning. It has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge overlooking the large deck and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. All cooking eating utensils are provided. The dining table overlooks the lake. The lounge area has two genuine leather chairs with footstools. Each chair has back massage and heat built in should you fancy a little more relaxation. There is a 42-inch flat screen TV with Freeview and lovely log effect fire. The large deck has a professional barbecue, outdoor table and chairs and reclining sun chairs. The bedroom includes a king size bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables with dimmable lamps and a flat screen TV. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a smart shower, WC, vanity unit /basin with illuminated mirror and a heated towel rail. All linen and towels are provided..
