Everything was great, but unfortunately, a house of this size and a large number of people needs a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and an iron to complete the needs of the house I asked for a late check-out, and unfortunately I paid 15 euros for each additional hour, and I think the amount is a bit high Finally, I highly recommend this house

Es bedurfte zahlreicher Beschwerden, um unsere Kaution zurückzubekommen, und welch ein Schock, als wir feststellten, dass ein enormer Betrag davon abgezogen worden war! Bis heute haben wir keine Erklärung erhalten. Eine wirklich sehr, sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in dem Haus. Das beschreibt wohl schon, das es uns dort gut gefält: Sauber, geräumig, geschmackvoll. Allerdings ist zumindest der erste Tag immer sehr kalt (im März), da die Vermieterin die Fußbodenheizung erst kurz vorher auf nur 18° hoch gestellt hat. Nun sind wir gespannt, ob wir auch dieses mal wieder mehr als drei Monate (!!!) auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution warten müssen (inklusive diverser Beschwerdemails). Wir hoffen das Beste!

Ein sehr schönes und komfortables Haus. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichlich vorhanden, ideal für eine Gruppe von Feinschmeckern wie uns! Die Lage ist super. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Einziger Nachteil: Das Haus ist etwas laut, was für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer ein Problem sein kann. Ich kann das Haus aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Mooi maar duur in stookkosten!

Mooi vakantiehuisje, grote keuken. Bedden zijn aan de smalle kant, 140cm. De verwarmingskosten waren wel extreem hoog. Wij betaalden meer dan een maandbedrag aan verwarming voor 3 volle dagen. Bij ramen en deuren was er veel tocht door het slecht afsluiten van ramen en deuren.

Heel mooi vakantiehuis met perfecte ligging. Enkel de verduistering van de slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping ontbreekt. Op 1 km van he vakantiehuis is er een Intermatché waar je heel voordelig inkopen kan doen. Op 100 meter (net over de brug) is er een traiteur/restaurant met zeer lekker eten. Tenslotte ligt het huis in de directe omgeving van wandelwegen en de Ravel (fietsroute)

Het is een mooi ruim huis. Er zijn voldoende zaken aanwezig om hier een prettig verblijf te hebben. Voldoende slaapkamers en badruimtes en een grote fijne keuken. De plek is fantastisch omdat zoals de beschrijving aangeeft het direct ligt aan de Oerthe. Er zijn wel een paar zeer kleine puntjes namelijk zijn dat er geen buitenstoelen zijn waarop je kunt zitten, de tangen en dergelijke voor de BBQ niet aanwezig zijn. Maar in het geheel perfect👍👌
