Holiday Home in Steendam by Schild Lake

This is a lovely 2-bedroom holiday home with a thatched roof in Steendam. Located on a quiet holiday park, it is right next to Schild lake and is ideal for those planning a vacation for recreational purposes.

Through the lake, you can go to Appingedam, Groningen and the Wadden. You can also use a Canadian canoe for a small fee. You can hire a boat in the adjacent yachting harbour. There's a restaurant 100m away and a supermarket 3 km from here. Golf lovers will find a golf course 1 km away.

The home has its own mooring with swimming steps and a garden shower. There are two lovely terraces where you can relax and have a lovely barbecue. There is a sauna you can use for €10/stay. You're allowed to bring 2 pets for €6.50/pet/night and please let your pets sleep downstairs.

The train station is 5 km away. Groningen Airport Eelde is 36 km away.

Inside there is a infrared sauna and it is remarkable that in the winter months it is a lovely warm house because there is central heating in every room (including the toilet).

It is fully equipped and maintained with great care, also there is both in the refrigerator and in the closet a basic stock to find, this is all offered by the House Owner.

You will receive a nice welcome gift upon arrival.



Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
