We had such a blast at this villa! The heated pool was absolute heaven after a long day of cycling around Malaucène, I loved waking up to the mountain view every morning, so refreshing! The place was super clean and spacious, which was perfect for our group of eight, There’s a spa nearby that we checked out too, and it was nice to relax after hiking, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, but we were mostly out enjoying the local festivals and wine, Would definitely come back!

Nach fast 1000 km Autofahrt sind wir endlich in unserem Ferienhaus angekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft, als wir eine Stunde vorher die Bestätigung erhielten, dass das Anwesen bezugsfertig und auf diese Weise gereinigt worden war, standen wir vor einem geschlossenen Tor ... gab uns eine sehr schnelle Tour. Nach der 3-minütigen Tour haben wir das Haus erkundet und es war alles andere als sauber und der Pool hatte ein grünes Aussehen. Nach telefonischem Kontakt kehrte die Person 3 Stunden später zurück und behauptete, das Haus sei sauber. In der Zwischenzeit hatten wir bereits begonnen, uns mit einem staubigen Staubsauger zu säubern. Wir fragten, ob zumindest der Pool noch am Tag selbst gereinigt werden könne. Weitere 3 Stunden später kam der Poolpfleger auf die Baustelle und sagte uns, dass es unmöglich sei, das zu lösen. Er verspricht, morgen früh wieder zur Arbeit zu kommen, konnte uns aber nichts versprechen. Also haben wir unseren ersten Tag mit der Reinigung des Hauses verloren. Am nächsten Tag könnte unser Urlaub in einem Haus beginnen, das sehr schön ist, aber bereits Mängel aufweist: Lose hängende Türgriffe und Lampen, die nicht funktionierten, sowie die Kaffeemaschine, die überall undicht war. Dies hob mit Belvilla auf und wartete noch auf unsere Entschädigung, denn Sie zahlen 100 Euro für ein sauberes Haus, wir setzen unseren Urlaub fort. Die Lage war großartig und die Lage war super in weniger als 800 m finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen. Fazit: Dieses Haus braucht etwas Liebe aber ist ansonsten top zusammen mit der Lage, wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
