Beautiful farmhouse with pool

This welcoming, pleasant farmhouse is located in the sunny hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, amidst woods, vineyards, and olive trees. There are three apartments in total, overlooking the large garden. _x000D_

The furnishings are traditionally Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings. _x000D_

Each apartment has a private terrace to relax in complete tranquillity. There is a pizza oven and a barbecue for guests to use. Breakfast or dinner can be provided on request. The owner of the house is a very good cook, so if you have the opportunity, enjoy a Tuscan dinner in a farmhouse. Fresh products are used. The swimming pool with panoramic views is behind the apartments, so it is very quiet in the garden, and it includes a solarium with deckchairs, parasols, and a shower. Part of the garden has games for children. You can go for walks or bicycle rides in the surrounding area. _x000D_

The farmhouse grows typical plants and shrubs using organic methods and produces and sells wine, olive oil, and vin santo, so, if you wish, you can even buy and take home a small olive tree as a souvenir! _x000D_
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie huis met gigantische tuin. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en flexibel. (Vooraf) ook fijn contact gehad via WhatsApp met de eigenaresse. In het huis is in principe alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, er staat echter geen koffiezetapparaat en geen waterkoker. Wel een percolator en water koken deden wij in een pannetje, prima dus uiteindelijk. Ook miste ik wel handzeep, iets van schoonmaakmiddel met een schoonmaakdoekje, wat basisdingen als peper, zout en olie en misschien een paar toiletrollen ipv 1. Uiteindelijk kun je dit zelf kopen, maar als je met het vliegtuig reist moet je dit wel allemaal achterlaten. Verder was alles top geregeld en was het een fijne plek om te verblijven. Vooral de tuin was heel fijn om in te zitten en te genieten van de rust en de zon en groot genoeg om spelletjes, zoals verstoppertje, met elkaar in te spelen. Ook de WiFi was goed genoeg. De bedden zijn wat harder, maar wij hebben, ondanks dat wij een zacht bed gewend zijn, goed geslapen. Het zwembad hebben wij, ivm ons verblijf in april, helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en raden het zeker aan!

Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf, fantastisch privé terras voor je huisje in een grote tuin met bomen voor de nodige verkoeling. Prima bedden, heerlijk zwembad, goed verzorgd, gastvrij. Landelijke omgeving, prima uitvalbasis voor bezoek van stadjes.

Het terein is mooi, en er staat volledig een hek om heen dus onze hond kon goed los lopen. Huisje iets verouderd maar opzich prima/goed. Het belangrijkste punt voor ons: De bedden zijn zeer slecht je voelt de veren in de matrassen, de kussens zijn platter dan een pizza
