Wonderful Villa in Arenys de Mar

Five of us stayed at this villa and loved it. The view of the sea is beautiful, the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with anything you could think of, and everything was immaculately clean. A lot of attention to detain throughout the house. As far as location, beach and market are within walking distance, and the villa is very close to town and many great restaurants. Check in and check out were seamless, and Kevyn responded to any questions we had very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful !

Exactly as listed. Nice peaceful neighborhood and tranquility after busy days. Walk to beach not really doable in the crazy heat and a bit precarious. You will need a car, but so easy to get to Barcelona and then exit for pool or beach time in the afternoon.The house is fabulous, comfortable and you won’t want to leave! The host is extremely responsive with great suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is stunning and probably the best equipped holiday villa we have ever stayed in. The views from the villa and terraces are absolutely stunning.Kevyn was a great host - responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble.There are some nice restaurants in Arenys de Mar, but it is a good 30 minute walk to get to them and the villa is at the top of a steep hill, so the walk back is a bit harder. And don't expect to find any roaming taxis - if you want a taxi you need to order one in advance. There are decent super markets and a nice market, but otherwise there is a not a lot in Arenys. The drive to Barcelona is about 45 minutes and the train takes about 1hr.But all said and done, it is a wonderful villa and we had a great holiday.

Awesome House with a stunning view - perfect stay.

We had a great time. The house is exactly like on the photos and everything was perfect for us. It’s a beautiful house with a stunning ocean view. The living room and also the kitchen are huge. Every bedroom have there own bathroom and there is a lot of space everywhere. The property is totally clean and the pool is super nice as well. We’ve had everything we needed and Kevyn was a great host. We will come back again. We can absolutely recommend the house. :)

Très belle villa, très propre, moderne, très bonnes commodités et belle vue sur la mer. Vu les 3 étages, l'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Grand garage et lieux sécurisés. Bon accueil et Kevyn est un excellent hôte.
