Our 4 bedroom 3 bath beach house sleeps 2-10 comfortably and is right on the Seacrest Beach Resort Pool Deck! That's Right, your own private gate onto the 13,000 square foot lagoon style multi-level pool with waterfalls and waterscapes! This home is one of only eleven homes that sit right on the Lagoon Pool Deck of Seacrest Beach Resort. Recently renovated with all new flooring, a new "Chefs kitchen", with quartz tops, custom cabinets, new appliances, all new bathrooms, new showers,new flooring, new bedding. 100 yard walk to the beach ! New for 2025 is a poolside tiki bar/ restaurant. Fresh grouper sandwiches or oyster po boys by the pool !! There are also kids frozen drinks and adult beverages too.There will be live entertainment too by the pool on Friday and Saturday afternoons. New video coming, We are one of only eleven homes that sit right on the pool deck with a private gate. All new linens and bedding in 2025 ! Location, Location, walk to the beach or take the free shuttle right from your door. Walk to Alys beach, or Rosemary where you will find tons of great shops, coffee bars, wine bars and the famous sugar shack candy store. Alys Beach is a short walk, where you find more restaurants, Neat Bottle Shop, Fonville Press for fresh pastries and coffee bar, Citizens high end seafood and steaks, Georges ( our fave) for wonderful fresh food from the sea ! all within walking distance of our Pool Deck House. New High Def "Smart TVs",. Bring your Amazon & Netflix accounts. 4 Beach Bike Cruisers included. Pet Friendly, so that non shedding pooch is welcome here as well. Lots of dog parks, green belts to walk your furry friend too very close to the house. were 1 block from the Bike Trail that will take you all the way to Destin if your energy level allows. Biking along 30A is so scenic as you will come into and pass so many coastal dune communities with bridges, and pull off spots for some great picture taking. Inside the home on the First floor there is a kids bunk room for 4. Across the hall is a queen room. Open your rear french doors and your on the pool deck. Upstairs there are 2 King suites with gorgeous bathrooms, balcony, and across the hall is the huge master suite with sitting area, his and her closets, a huge bathroom, balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. These pictures do not do the house justice. You Simply cannot find a nicer home in a better location along 30A

Beautiful home, great location! Everything was closely located. Made it easy to get to and from the beach and pool areas. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking/ biking distance. We were here for Spring Break. The beach and pool areas were very crowded. I would definitely return but not during spring break.

Clean and luxurious property

House was perfectly located next to the pool. House was very clean. The pool was resort style, very large. Two block walk to beach, however you can take the tram which is amazing. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. All amenities in the home were perfect. Balconies were wonderful to sit out in and relax. We brought our chihuahua and he loved the house and green areas of the property. Having bikes to ride was great although we did not use them. We had a great time and would highly recommend this to anyone as it is in a great location with lots to do.

We did like the house and location, however were really disappointed with the condition/cleanliness upon arrival. Our first 24 hours were dominated by communicating with owner, meeting with cleaning staff (they cleaned the toilets and delivered a second key that was supposed to be in unit but wasn’t), and doing some cleaning ourselves in order to feel comfortable. The owners ended up crediting us the cleaning fee. We felt a bigger credit was warranted, given we spent our own time dealing with the issues and cleaning ourselves.

Homeowner was quick to respond to all questions and requests. Property location is great for the pool (only steps away), access to beach and all shopping we wanted to do. Had a few issues during the stay but owner quickly had issues addressed. Great house. For future visitors; recommend renting beach chairs from Dolce Vita long before you arrive.

Fantastic house and location

This house was spectacular! We had a fabulous stay and loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. The main draw for us was that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. We absolutely loved the access to the pool and that we could call a number and have a golf cart come pick us up and drive us and all our stuff to the beach! The house was very well stocked and even has an air compressor for rafts. We will definitely rent this house again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! The close access to the pool was a great addition to our beach trip. The alt bikes that came with the home were perfect and we were able to easily get to many attractions around the Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys area. Home was very clean and well decorated!

Amazing Pool Deck House!

Amazing updated house and direct access to the pools! Property close the the main entrance so it's a short walk to the beach (in between two tram stops as well) and the Village Shops. Dog-friendly property and location can't be beat. The Burkes provided great communication and service during the stay. Definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A! We had a great time and the pool deck house was great!

Property is literally steps away from the pool and the tram that drops you off at the beach. With small children in tow, this proved to be ideal for us. The house was well kept and had all the amenities you'd expect. Perhaps the only noticeable absence was that of basic household supplies like trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods, which we needed to grab from the local Publix. Considering this is one of the few dog-friendly properties with the location it has, this is definitely a property we will look to for future visits to 30A!

We stayed at this same property nearly 10 years ago. It was fabulous then and is still is! Right on the best resort style pool we've seen and convenient to beautiful Rosemary beach with the softest, cleanest sand around. Very friendly and accommodating staff and lots to do within walking distance.

This fun 4 bdrm is uniquely located right on the pool deck of Seacrest Beach resort. were one of only 10 homes that actually sit right on the pool deck with a private gate. So convenient to open your living room doors and walk out onto the huge 13,000 sq ft multi level lagoon pool. This pool was featured in Southern Living Magazine recently. Were just a short stroll to the beach but just as important, you can walk next door to all the shops and restaurants at Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Village where you may see some celebrities such as Faith Hill or Tim Mcgraw or have there vacation home just a few steps away on the beach. One of our favorite things to do is bike to Seaside. The Bike paths that run along 30A go from Rosemary all the way up to Destin. Seaside is just 5 miles up the beach so its a great way to spend the day by biking up there with the family. Seaside is famous for the shooting of the Jim Carrie movie 'The Truman Show'. you may also see Cheryl Crow, Sean Payton of the Saints,Tony Romo of the Cowboys, luke Bryant who all own homes along 30A and frequent many of the restaurants in the area.
