Anglers Cove is located directly on the soft sands and crystal clear waters of Redington Shores. Our beachfront includes 40 feet of sand from the beach access gate to the Gulf waters. We are central to John's Pass and Indian Rocks. We are located right on the Gulf Blvd Trolley Line which services all Gulf Beaches of Pinellas County. We are a quick walk to several restaurants, beach bars, shopping and other tourist attractions!

The cleaning left a bit to be desired. The staff was very friendly. There were ants in the master bathroom. Location was great. There was absolutely no emergency lighting in the stairwell. We had to walk the stairs because of loss of power. It was hazardous. Thank heavens we had a flash light

Probably wouldn’t book again

The overall location was fantastic, however, we were displeased with the cleanliness. Trash left in bedrooms, large yellow stains on comforters and pillow cases in one bedroom, tubs and sinks had toothpaste and other grime. There was quite a bit of cracks in walls and ceilings. Dusty ceiling fans. Most of the kitchen utensils were rusted, heavily used, or dingy. Ridiculous when you pay a couple hundred dollars for cleaning fees. We weren’t given enough wash clothes per guests and when asked for extra downstairs we were told it was a fee. Photos look like an updated condo but it’s really just updated furniture— nothing else. Pool was good but hot tub was not available. Lastly, the communication wasn’t great. It was an easy check in and out but I had messaged several times through text and on VRBO and only ever got one response back a day later. Wouldn’t book again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Things that would have made it better… 1. One mattress was terrible! It had a big sink hole in the middle. After sleeping on it one night and we switched beds had had our grandkids sleep in it. I’ve never seen a mattress in such bad shape. 2. They were stingy on supplies. The one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom wasn’t enough. 2 trash bags also wasn’t enough. No. dishwasher liquid or paper towels. These are things that don’t fit too well in luggage for return trip and you hate to leave supplies there that you bought.

Great family fun

We really enjoyed staying here. With three bedrooms, each with its own bath, the stay for our extended family was very comfortable and we each had our own space. We enjoyed the wraparound deck and view of the ocean. The common area was just the right size for everyone to sit comfortably. The location was very convenient to several restaurants and especially the beach. The beach was not crowded and full of other vacationing families. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo and excellent beaches

Our family is 6 had a wonderful vacation in the 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathroom condo. We had a great time at the pool and beach. The only thing that would make it completely perfect is if there was a washer /dryer in the unit but there was a washer /dryers on each floor. This is our second time here and will come back again.

Great place to stay!

Condo was spacious but could of been cleaner. Property and location was great. The booking process went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely consider staying again and would recommend it to friends.

Great location and views!

Things that could be better: Pillows, mattresses, some mold in master bathroom. Things that were great: the amount of space, the view, the property managers. Things that could make it even better: dishwasher soap, extra t-paper, a place for recycling. The great outweighs the bad, and I would definitely consider staying again and would recommend it to friends!

Great stay!

The entire booking process went smoothly. The property manager contacted us a few days before our arrival and let us know how to check in and provided us with the info in case we needed to get in contact. The condo itself was clean as was the rest of the property and pools, the elevator carpet was a bit wet from constant use but the building managers actively took care of it and made sure it was cleaned. The condo is on the side of the building but still has a great view of the beachfront and the pool area which is a plus, everything else was as described in the listing. There is both a walmart and a publix less than 10 minutes from the property so getting food and everything else needed for a great stay was a breeze. The beaches were nice and never crowded, and the pool was heated. A straight drive north leads to clearwater beach if youre looking for some more populated beaches and entertainment. Overall this was definitely a great stay and we will for sure be visiting again, I would highly recommend it to others.

Just OK.

We were a little surprised when we showed up versus the pictures listed. Most of the furniture is broken or very close to it - drawers is dressers were broken - the sheets on the king bed didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off making you tangled in your sleep - the hard flooring was caked in dirt your feet would turn black so we walked around in flip flood the entire time (we even had management notify and the cleaning crew come back up after check in - they just seemed to push the dirt around really with a wet mop). The furniture on the patio has legs and feet that were nearly rusted down to nubs - the flooring on the patio has probably never been power washed EVER - there was so much build up of sunblock it was incredibly sticky. The dishwasher had mold all around the seal so we had to hand wash everything before using. The “pots and pans” were still dirty from last tenets so we had to wash them ourselves before use as well. I say “pots and pans” because there really were lack of them and adequate tools as well. It is a place we will definitely pass on again. Looking for cleaner more well kept properties for future visits to the area. *almost forgot the most important part - there were no smoke detectors upon arrival - they probably would have never been installed at we not mentioned it - wonder what other units are like - and you are welcome to the next people who stayed because we definitely try to leave the place in a better condition than it was for us* The owner should really be held to keeping up with the place!

The condo was spacious and the kitchen had been remodeled with what looked like new appliances, however most of the pots, pans were in bad shape. We rent several times a year and in comparison the kitchen accessories were average.The living room couch and chair were old and worn and should be replaced. The bedding was newer and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms could have used a better cleaning. There was only a partial view of the water, however we knew that from the pictures.Access to the pool and gulf was easy. We were able to enjoy the pool almost every day. Unfortunately the Red Tide had affected the beach and we did not go into the water.

Nice unit. Red Tide and Beach project limited our use of the prporrty

I thought the unit was nice. Disappointed with the red tide issue but owners couldn’t of predicted that. However we were very disappointed with the beach work being done to pump sand onto the beach. Took away the view and the limited use of the beach. Seems like some type of discount is in order. That would be the right thing to do. We left a day early and went back to Orlando.

Dirty Sheets

All was great except dirty sheets and mattress padding when we checked in. Once we notified the staff, it was immediately fixed however I think a 1 night credit should be in order that was not offered as it affected one night of sleeping since it was not fixed till following day.
