Nestled away down a quiet lane on Weavers Way in Felbrigg, Weavers is a beautifully curated modern detached bungalow. Situated within its own private grounds, this hideaway is ideal for holidaymakers searching for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. And, when you feel like stretching your legs, Weaver's location means you can walk out of the front door and all the way to Cromer to see the iconic pier, plus the start of the Weavers Way 56-mile trail to Great Yarmouth. Don't forget your walking boots!
Surrounded by wonderful rural views, Weavers is spacious and beautifully presented, flooded with natural light. Constructed in 2021, and recently extended, the main features of the bungalow are the stunning triple aspect A-frame open-plan living area overlooking the garden, plus the lovely generous-sized sociable space combining cooking, dining and relaxing areas. Underfloor heating accompanied by a charming wood burning stove adds to the room's ambience and cosiness. Off the entrance hallway are three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and en suite shower room, the second bedroom hosts a double bedroom, and, lastly, the third bedroom provides twin beds. The latter two bedrooms are served by a family bathroom. Outside, the secluded enclosed garden, principally to the rear of the house, is a delightful option in the summer months when long, lazy days beckon.
Perfectly placed for exploring this lovely area of North Norfolk, home to a plethora of sandy beaches ideal for building castles or rock pooling, a wide selection of places to drink and eat, fine country houses with parks to explore, and market towns for boutique shopping. Weavers is a faultless choice for couples, families and, of course, faithful four legged friends.
