The well-equipped kitchen features a coffee maker so you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. Air conditioning ensures comfort, and you can end the day with a drink on your private terrace. Pets are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 22:00 to respect neighbours.

A security deposit of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
