The living areas in the property consist of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a utility with freezer, washing machine, a tumble dryer and dining seating, a lower-ground-floor sitting room with a TV and electric fire and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with basin and WC, a family room with a double and a single, and a family room with a king-size and a single, and a family/kids room with 2 x single bunk beds, sleeping four in total, along with a shower room, bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and barbecue, bike and watercraft storage, as well as off-road parking for five cars. within 1.7 miles you will find a shop and within 1.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry no smoking. 1 x travel cot and 2 x highchairs provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Garna is a charming base for families or groups of friends to gather in North Wales.
