Great appartement

Great appartement, right next to the beach. No road, street or anything in between! Nice private (!) beach-garden. The appartement is not huge, but why stay in, with Ravenna just a few minutes away! The apartement was clean; it was exactly as shown on the photographs; the owners are very friendly and restaurants/shops etc. are nearby. And indeed, restaurant La Paranza was great. We had a great time!

Zwar alles in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am Strand und der Blick vom Balkon auf den morgendlichen Sonnenaufgang war toll . Es gab aber einen großen Kritikpunkt. In der Anzeige steht etwas zweideutige dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt.. leider sind wir davon ausgegangen dass es zwei gibt und hatten deshalb gebucht. Siehe Foto. Das sollte dringend in der Anzeige geändert werden. Das täuscht die Gäste leider sehr

Casa sul mare

Casetta in posizione strategica, praticamente sulla spiaggia. Cordiali e gentili i proprietari di casa che danno la possibilità nel garden beach di avere a disposizione i lettini per la spiaggia libera. Ottima per chi ha piacere di svegliarsi e sul balcone godere dello spettacolo bellissimo del mare!

Sehr gelungener Urlaub 😀

Eine gut ausgestattete kleine aber schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und einem Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Ganze wird durch zwei äußerst sympathische Vermieter abgerundet und man fühlt sich von Tag 1 an einfach nur wohl. Sicher nicht der letzte Aufenthalt :) Danke :)

Au bord de la plage

Les + Résidence propre et appartement aussi Lave vaisselle et machine à laver dans l appartement , accès direct à une plage privée vraiment super Les - Coin un peu trop calme le soir avec les enfants . Pas de cafetière Literie tout juste moyenne ... Pour finir : Très belle plage de sable fin Merci aux propriétaires qui était très gentil et réactif. Tout c est très bien passé .

La casa è molto comoda funzionale, da consigliare.

La casa e tutto quanto descritto corrisponde alla realtà. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cortese. Il posto è stupendo, la località è molto tranquilla zona silenziosa, a due passi da tutto; bar, pizzerie, locali commerciali. L' appartamento fornito e funzionale al massimo ed il mare è veramente a due passi, praticamente sotto casa, con accesso privato alla spiaggia libera, dove il proprietario ti mette anche a disposizione lettini ed ombrellone ed un giardinetto privato situato prima dell'accesso in spiaggia dove poter prendere il sole oppure semplicemente posare le tue cose da mare. Consigliatissimo adatto soprattutto a coppie con bambini piccoli.

Absolut preiswert und schone lage

Die Objekt ist wie in der Bild. Der Vermieter Herr Sergio ist sehr nett und hat uns begleitet obwohl wir früh vor check-in war. Der hat uns begleitet mit Informationen welche war sehr hilfreich. Die Objekt befindet sich sehr nahe von der strand. Super und angenehme Lage.

Assieme alla mia compagna e alla nostra bimba,abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e disponibili. L'appartamento è ideale per 2 adulti e massimo 2 bambini piccoli,ed è veramente completo di tutto. La vista è spettacolare,per non parlare del fatto che si è praticamente in spiaggia,basta scendere in costume e ciabatte e a due passi si entra al mare. Consigliato. Probabilmente torneremo anche l'anno prossimo

È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Svegliarsi e fare colazione con la vista sul mare....👌 Sergio e Caterina sono gentilissimi e se c'è qualche bisogno, sono sempre raggiungibile 👍👍👍 L'appartamento è come si vede sulle foto e non manca niente...c'è tutto 😊 Dal balcone si vede il giardino dei proprietari che è sempre aperto per gli ospiti. Subito dietro si trova la spiaggia libera. 🏝 Noi torniamo senza dubbio!!! 😊 Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Aufwachen und mit Blick aufs Meer frühstücken...👌 Sergio und Caterina sind sehr freundlich und wenn etwas ist, immer erreichbar 👍👍👍 Die Wohnung ist so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist und es fehlt an nichts... alles da😊 Vom Balkon aus sieht man den Garten der Besitzer, in dem die Gäste immer willkommen sind. Gleich dahinter beginnt der freie Strand 🏝 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!😊

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne und für mindestens 2 Bewohner mehr als ausreichend große Wohnung in direkter Strandlage mit eigenem Gartenbereich und Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von 2 Fahrrädern! Moderne Küche mit Indektionskochfeld! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder, vor allem auch wegen des außerordentlich netten Vermieters! Ganz liebe Grüße ins wunderschöne Italien!!!

Pessimo!!

Veramente pessimo! Appartamento piccolo in un enorme condominio che ricorda Le Vele di Scampia! Pulizia sommaria e mobili vecchi. Cucina attrezzata ma estremamente minuscola. Nella "esclusiva" spiaggia cintata ci sono sempre i padroni di casa. Il paese è squallido e mal frequentato e nn c'è NIENTE!! Sconsigliatissimo.
