A washing machine completes the good facilities and makes you independent on your vacation.

Great stay

Great appartment in Punta Marina. Nicely located at the edge of the town. Nice and quite and within short distance to the town center and the beach.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and practical apartment. The air conditioner was efficient. We appreciated the shaded outdoor seating. We traveled without a car, but did not miss it. Ravenna is easily reached with bus or taxi. An excellent supermarket (Conad) was only 5 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away. We found Punta Marina a nice and laid back beach town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would love to come back.

Very comfortable with everything you need

We had a very warm welcome and were so comfortable in this property. It was very clean and situated in a peaceful area. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We stayed in winter, but I can imagine the outside area with the barbecue and seating area would be ideal in a different season. It would also give a little more space for a group of 4. We were traveling as a couple with a young adult daughter and teenage son. I think another person in the group would have made it a little tight, but it was truly ideal for us to visit family in Ravenna and enjoy this beautiful spot.

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Umgebung

Mit den vorhanden Fahrrädern (für Erwachsene, für die Kinder hatten wir Räder mit; auch Fahrradschloss ist vorhanden) konnten wir in Punta Marina im Grunde alles erreichen: Supermarkt (Conad) in unmittelbarer Nähe, und in 5-10 Minuten ist man am Strand. In der schönen Ferienwohnung gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die zu heißen Tageszeiten schon sehr angenehm ist. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und konnten (bis auf einen Besuch in Ravenna) das Auto eine Woche stehen lassen.

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt mit Marisa und die Abwicklung vor Ort haben super funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Nachbarschaft und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind ohne Probleme zu Fuß oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und man hat einen Supermarkt sowie einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Marisa ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar gewesen.

Familienurlaub 2023

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und war für uns als Familie mit 4 Personen super geeignet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Eine ausgesprochen leckere Pizzeria, ein Supermarkt und mehrere Eisdielen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Mit den 4 vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten am Strand . Zu unserer Reisezeit waren leider viele Mücken, mit den an allen Türen und Fenstern vorhandenen Fliegengittern war es zum Glück kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Marisa war unkompliziert und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Punta Marina. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz (Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Strand und Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Ziele für Tagesausflüge. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und schnell.

Wunderbar ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren im Juni zu vier Erwachsenen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin selbst und auch zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Frau Roberta, war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es ist wirklich alles dort, was man braucht. Die Lage ist schön inmitten einer Art Siedlung von Apartments und sehr ruhig und grün gelegen und dennoch fußläufig von Strand und dem nahegelegenen Supermarkt. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Punta Marina und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal - gerne auch wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr gelungenen und erholsamen Urlaub in Punta Marina verbracht, in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und doch zentral. Läden, Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung, der Strand mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Für uns und unseren Hund war die eingezäunte Terrasse in Südlage und die grüne Wiese direkt um die Ecke besonders wichtig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und absolut zuverlässig.

Alles bestens

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist modern und funktional eingerichtet unf liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse. Geschäfte im Ort und der Strand können problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Nach Ravenna gibt es regelmäßige Busverbindungen. Frau Roberta ist eine sympathische und kompetente Ansprechperson vor Ort. Nur zu empfehlen

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, sehr sauber, ruhig und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort oder zum Strand. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieterin. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage.

Alles bestens. :-) Waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Alles sauber und im guten Zustand. Küche war absolut komplett. Wohnung hat zudem eine gute Lage um alles Fußläufig zu erreichen Zum Ort und zum Strand max. 10-15 Minuten. Gute und schnelle Reaktionen bei Rückfragen durch die Besitzerin Frau Marisa Bongiovanni-Schlak . Ein Dank noch für Frau "Roberta" die nette Ansprechpartnerin in Punta Marina.

Appartamento non adatto ad una famiglia numerosa

Partendo dal fatto che ci siamo accordati con la proprietaria che saremmo stati in 5 (2 adulti e 3 bambini) + 2 cani, l'appartamento per la nostra famiglia era troppo piccolo, considerando che un posto letto è stato ricavato da una terrazza chiusa e sempre esposta alla luce. Non potrà mai contenere 6 letti. Inoltre i filtri del climatizzatore era molto sporchi e abbiamo dovuto pulirli di persona. E' ovvio che non siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber klasse ausgestattet. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am sehr schönen Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gleich um die Ecke. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
