Independent and spacious house in the center of Ravenna. Ideal for families and couples. It is made up of: on the first floor two bedrooms, one double in 1950s style and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large terrace; on the ground floor: main entrance in via di Roma with lounge and TV, large well-equipped kitchen, a desk area, bathroom with shower, laundry room and second entrance in via Zagarelli alle Mura 82. Located in front of the Loggetta Lombardesca headquarters of the MAR, Ravenna art museum, with parking. Next to Porta Nuova. It allows you to visit on foot the main cultural itinerary of the city: the mosaics (San Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, S. Apollinare Nuovo, Baptistery), the church of San Francesco, Dante's tomb, the Classense library etc.
Excellent restaurants, taverns and bars in the surrounding area. Do not miss the historic Ca 'de Ven. And for shopping via Cavour and via Diaz. The beach of Marina di Ravenna is only 10 min. by car.
At 50 meters Pasticceria Babini, at 100 meters Pharmacy Porta Nuova, at 200 meters Supermarket Conad and Piadineria. Our favorite restaurants: 1) Ancient trattoria al Gallo 1909, Romagna dishes and game (better to book). 2) Red radicchio, Romagna cuisine 3) In Marina di Ravenna, Trattoria Cubana, fish specialty.

Ideal Location

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to visit all the special sites of Ravenna. Previous visitors may have left a few bugs behind in one room only but were assured that the issue would be addressed.

Thanks, If you come to Ravenna again we hope you and yr wife will take advatage or our house. Becouse we clean and disinfect each time a guest leaves the house, perhaps the bugs you got came from yr luggage if you travelled by train. We are sorry for that.

Good place to stay in Ravenna.

Very nice spacious apartment. Close to city art museum and large park with Chalet serving food and drinks. Owner and manager were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good house in an amazing town

We had a perfect stay in this excellent and centrally-located house. It was all as promised and we felt very welcome thanks to Giovanni and Maria Luisa. Ravenna was on our doorstep and we could have wished for nothing more.

Et fint hus tæt på alle seværdighederne

Beliggenheden er helt i top. Alle de største seværdigheder kan nås til fods. Sengene og badeværelser er fine. Køkkenet er også ok, men mængden af glas og porcelæn er til den skrabede side. Da huset er ret mørkt, er terrassen et klart plus, hvis man trænger til sol og lys. Jeg kan klart anbefale Ravenna og huset på Via di Roma.

Sehr angenehmes Haus

Wir haben uns alle fünf Tage in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Ideale Lage: Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in längstens 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt ist 100 Meter entfernt. Das Haus ist auch bei Außentemperaturen von 32 Grad angenehm kühl: wirkungsvolle Klimaanlage in Küche/Esszimmer sowie im Obergeschoß im Gang, in den Schlafzimmern gibt es Ventilatoren. Schallisolierte Fenster, man hört nichts vom (ohnehin geringen) Straßenverkehr. Große, teilweise überdachte Terrasse, auf der man einen Kaffee oder Aperitif trinken kann. Kleines Manko: Die Dusche im Erdgeschoß ist winzig. Das Badezimmer oben neben den Schlafräumen hat eine angenehme Größe. Viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus und man kann mit einer Bestätigung des Vermieters sogar in ganz Ravenna gratis parken. Maria Luise hat uns sehr herzlich mit Mineralwasser und frischem Obst empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
