A block of 8 apartments. On 2nd floor (top) access by lift and stairs. Spiral staircase private access to rooftop Spa Pool with swim current & 4 sunbeds, sofa, table, lighting. Views of the sea. Fully Airconditioned. TV with wireless Wifi. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs. Dining room/open plan kitchen houses a table for 6 inside and outside. Living room has sofa. Also 2 x sofas outside on surround balcony. Access to balcony from living room and dining room. Bathroom and a separate toilet. 1 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk into Juan Les Pins town. 15 mins walk to train station. 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket & a large choice of restaurants in all directions. There are also 2 underground private (lockable) garage spaces for 2 cars.
