Nice apartment. Excellent location, 2 min walk to restaurants, 10 min walk to beaches, 10 min walk to old town. Perfect view of harbour and old town from terrace, with lovely sunsets. No elevator, so keep in mind there a quite a few stairs to walk :-)

Beautiful sunset

We stayed for 1 week in August. The location of the apartment is perfect. We took bikes with us, so we could comfortable explore Rovinj and the beaches. From the balcony the sunset is breath taking.

Great location and access to Rovinj old town. Apartment views super. Overall an apartment that is more about location than comfort. We had all the basics of what is required for a 4 x night stay.

3rd floor under the roof, thank god for the air conditioning ! One thing makes not happy, no parking spot at the apartment. A little coffee pad machine would be nice … But all the rest was pretty cool, near downtown, good restaurants, supermarket near, nice view from the balcony. Everything nice !

Die Kommunikation lief super, Fragen wurden ganz schnell von Enzio beantwortet. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute ruhige Lage, in die Altstadt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und von der Terasse sieht man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Alles schön.

Ho passato 15 giorni con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima location. L'appartamento oltre ad essere pulitissimo è dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per passare con la massima tranquillità una bella vacanza. Vista favolosa e comodità per recarsi nella spiaggia vicina o al centro di Rovigno. La persona che ci ha accolto, oltre a illustrarci la struttura, ci ha anche dato delle informazioni molto interessanti per dove andare a mangiare piatti locali senza spendere una follia. Così è stato e il cibo è favoloso. Da tornarci sicuramente

Bellissimo appartamento, posizione ottimale. Qualche dettaglio da sistemare, tipo la mancanza di tovaglie ,oppure la tenda mancante su una porta finestra, l'ombrellone sul terrazzo rotto, ma comunque consiglio vivamente!

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in dit appartement, een aanrader! De trappen naar boven neem je er met plezier bij. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht en het appartement is ruim. Alles is proper. Er is een winkel op 2 min wandelen. Het strand en de oude stad zijn op wandelafstand. Op minder dan 10 minuten wandelen is er een gratis parking.

Sehr gute Lage mit schönem Blick!

Positiv Wohnung: Top Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage und Leben auf der Straße Klimaanlage angenehm, macht kaum Geräusche Gemütliche Wohnung, hell und freundlich Positiv Stadt: Rovinij im September etwas ruhiger und es war noch Badewetter. Wir haben uns in diese Stadt verliebt, besonders wenn man erkundet hat, wo man noch preiswert essen, trinken, einkaufen kann. Die kostenlose Stadtführung empfehlen wir unbedingt. Es ist sehr sauber überall. Negativ Wohnung: Schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigte Wohnung bei Ankunft Leider kein Parkplatz vorhanden, was wir vorher wußten, nicht mal die Fahrräder konnten/durften wir am Haus parken. Einen kostenlosen freien Parkplatz in der Nähe war selbst ab Mitte September schwer zu finden. Wir haben auf Grund dessen das Auto nicht bewegt. Uns wurde ein Fahrrad-Reifen zerschnitten, als sie über Nacht draußen standen. Wir haben die Räder dann täglich in den 3. Stock getragen. Bei der Küchenausstattung habe ich ein Schneidbrett, Teekanne, ein zweites kleines, scharfes Messer und verschiedene Ausstattungen (Schaufel und Besen, Putzeimer war ohne Wischer und Lappen) vermisst. Leider hat sich der Vermieter auf unsere Nachricht mit Beanstandungen nicht gemeldet, schade! Negativ Stadt: Definitiv die schönste Stadt an der Küste und deshalb sehr voll. Mulini Beach mit Liegen zu Wucherpreisen, ab Mitte September wurden diese weggeräumt =)

Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung war ordentlich ausgestattet, in gutem Zustand, von der Waschmaschine bis zur Klimaanlage hat alles funktioniert. Die Eohnung ist geräumig und hell, morgens Balkon schattig abends blendet die Sonne-aber da gibt es ja einen Schurm.Das Sofa ist bequem, für die Möbel draußen gibt es keine passenden Polster. Von da aus hat man Blick auf den Hafen, und die Rückseite der Promenade,der Supermarkt(Rückseite war vom Balkon aus zu sehen) gleich neben an. In der Straße ist weiter hinten zwar die Möglichkeit zu parken- gibt aber 60€ Ticket! Parkplätze alle gebührenpflichtig(7€/Tag) alles weitere auch unglaublich teuer 0,1 Wein/6,5€ Kugel Eis2,0-3,5€ Stück, 1,5 Liter Plastikflasche Wasser 1,09€….. Viel zu viele Touristen im Ort, hat sich aber am Strand verlaufen. Andere Aktivitäten als sm Strand liegen sehr teuer: E-Bike 25€/Std.Bootsausflüge zB Delfinshow 2Std für 3 Pers. 120€ mit gefühlt 500 weiteren Gästen…. Fazit: Rovinj ist zur ansoluten Touristenfalle mutiert!!!

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. L’attico è molto carino e in ottima posizione. È nuovo, ven tenuto e pulito. Situati A 5/10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La vista sul porto è bella e si può assistere ad un tramonto mozzafiato. A 10 minuti c’è un parcheggio molto grande gratuito. Il proprietario è gentile e la ragazza che lo gestisce è molto gentile e accogliente. Da tornare

14 Tage Urlaub als Familie

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Altstadt von Rovinj. Leider gibts zu der Wohnung keinen Parkplatz was man bei der Buchung beachten sollte. In ca 5-10 Minuten findet man allerdings einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, wo man kostenfrei parken kann. Kommunikation zwischen Gastgeber ist sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und man bekommt eine schnelle Antwort. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Lovely spacious apartment with a stunning view.

We were really pleased with this apartment. It was spacious and comfortable and the view from the terrace was stunning. It is an attic apartment with no lift so the stairs were a bit of a challenge ! There was a problem at one point with the wI fi but this was quickly resolved with one phone call to the local lady who helped check us in to the apartment. There is a well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away. We swam at Mulini beach, ate lots of fresh fish at the many restaurants in town where we enjoyed strolling around. We also enjoyed two boat trips and live music on many evenings in the town.

Das Apartment liegt in einer Top Lage, nicht weit zur Stadt, diese ist fußläufig in 10min erreicht und man ist abends nicht ganz so im Trubel
