A jewel!

A place straight out of a postcard. Colors like in the Caribbean. We had a wonderful time here, relaxing days in the garden, with a fantastic view of the sea. The owners are very nice and always ready to help. An absolute recommendation! We will be back! We are already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Perla. Best wishes to the whole family

Wunderschönes Ambiente

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in la Perla verbracht. Der wunderschöne Garten, der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zum Meer waren wunderschön. Wir hatten aber auch zwei sehr angenehme Nachbarn. Schön waren auch die Ausfahrten mit dem hauseigenen Paddelboot. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Tauchen & Biken

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Perla sehr genossen. Die Begrüssung war super und Luca hat uns viele Tips für Restaurants und weiteres gegeben. Die Villa liegt am Rande des Bikepark Capoliveri und somit perfekt um in die verschiedenen Touren zu starten.

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche - wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Luca verbracht. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war super, wir haben uns gut vorbereitet gefühlt. Vor Ort waren sowohl die Kommunikation, als auch das Treffen reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war exakt wie im Vorfeld beschrieben und abgebildet. Sogar frische Blumen waren vor Ort und die Lage ist traumhaft. Sehr idyllisch und naturbelassen. Durch die umfangreiche Ausstattung hat es uns vor Ort an nichts gefehlt. Supermärkte und der Ortskern von Capoliveri sind zwar nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto und selbst Mitte August, war es überall gut möglich, Parkplätze zu bekommen. Am hausnahen tollen Strand wurden wir von Lucas Eltern herzlichst empfangen und mit Strandliegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, wir könnten uns mit allen Problem oder Fragen vor Ort an sie, oder telefonisch an Luca wenden. Die beiden fussläufigen Restaurants am Strand sind qualitativ wirklich gut. Zu berücksichtigen ist lediglich, dass es einen zwar gut befestigten, aber steilen Weg zum Strand gibt. Zum Strand läuft man nur ca. 3 Minuten, wieder nach oben etwas länger ;-). Wer einigermaßen fit ist - gar kein Problem, es war sogar eine ganz netter Grund, sich ein bisschen zu bewegen :-). Ganz kleine Kinder, oder ältere Menschen, müssen sich aber vielleicht ein wenig anstrengen. Wir danken Luca und seiner Familie von ganzem Herzen!

Traumurlaub mit Hund

Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht, sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Außendusche und schöne überdachte Terasse. Kurzer steiler Fußweg zum Strand mit kostenlosen Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm. Luca und seine Eltern waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unser Hund war willkommen, lediglich die Räume waren etwas hellhörig und das Internet funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nur phasenweise. Villa Perla in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern zwei Wochen lang in Luca‘s Haus. Check-In lief problemlos, Luca war immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen sowie viele Tipp‘s gegeben. Ein sehr zu empfehlender Gastgeber. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles war wir benötigt haben, war vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mit tollem Blick über die Bucht und der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und familiär. Luca‘s Familie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein besonderes Fleckchen mit besonderen Gastgebern!!!

Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick begeistert und dann noch die Gastfreundschaft und der nette Kontakt mit Tamara und Francesco, quasi Urlaub mit Familienanbindung. Wir würden gerne 6 Sterne geben... Paradise vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Perla! Close to the beach, wonderful hosts, great communication! We highly recommend the apartment! It’s a bit far from the little town but if you like to walk there is no problem, if you don’t we highly recommend you have a car. Otherwise it’s like a two minute walk to the beach where you can chill, surf, paddle and enjoy some food at one of the restaurants! The hosts were REALLY nice and helpful!! Would absolutely come back for vacation and I think you should too!

Très bon accueil de Luca et sa famille. La maison est idéalement placée avec une grande terrasse donnant sur une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est accessible par un chemin privatif, les transats et canoë sont mis à disposition ce qui rend le séjour facile et agréable. Merci à Luca pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité.

Bellissimo soggiorno, il proprietario è stato gentile e ospitale. Lo spazio fuori è da 10 e lode, per la vista sul golfo e per come è organizzato (doccia esterna, barbecue, tavoli, lettini, poltroncine, fiori). L’appartamento non è molto spazioso, ma sufficiente per una famiglia di 4 persone soprattutto perché si vive molto all’esterno. Ottima pulizia e servizi. Ambiente accogliente e familiare.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus liegt äußerst ruhig in perfekter Lage in der Bucht: Nicht zu weit zum Strand (nur wenige Meter auf einem privaten Weg) und doch weit genug oben am Hügel um einen traumhaften Blick zu haben. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter und toller Service am hübschen Sandstrand (privater Zugang, kostenlose Liegen und Kajak zur Benutzug etc.) und ein überdachter Parkplatz direkt am Haus auf privatem Grund. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Ruhig, sauber und gastfreundlich

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und direkt vor dem Meer. Es sind nur zwei bis drei Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für seinen Urlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind sehr freundliche Leute. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr entspannt bei atemberaubendem Ausblick!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Blick über die Bucht ist wunderschön und man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Über Ostern ist die Insel noch sehr ruhig, die Strandbars geschlossen, vereinzelt wird gewerkelt, ideal zum Wandern. Super nette Vermieter, die uns bei unseren Problemen (z. B. erkrankter Hund) klasse unterstützt haben. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem, alles tipptopp. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Bellissima vacanza

Villa molto bella e completamente equipaggiata con parcheggio, coperto, vicinissimo. Posizione estremamente tranquilla, mare a due passi (si raggiunge mediante una strada privata un po’ ripida ma comoda, noi con il nostro bimbo di due anni non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà). Prima dell’entrata in spiaggia si trova tutto il necessario (ombrelloni, lettini, sdraio e anche giochi per bambini!) messi a disposizione dai proprietari, che sono estremamente cordiali e molto presenti per qualunque necessità. La spiaggia di Straccoligno inoltre, a mio giudizio, è perfetta per le famiglie (ingresso in acqua molto dolce), l’acqua è incredibile, è curata ma non eccessivamente “incasellata” negli stabilimenti come altre che ho visto. Bellissima vacanza e casa da consigliare.
