A charming penthouse, with an lift on the same floor, filled with light, very comfortable, featuring two wonderful terraces with a unique and breathtaking view of the city. Located in the heart of Naples’ elegant city centre, close to many attractions, the Metro, the ports where you can board ferries to the islands, the waterfront, delightful restaurants, and lovely shops. You’ll be able to enjoy the city in a charming home equipped with every comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, terraces with dining tables, a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower, three bedrooms, and two spacious bathrooms—all featuring large windows overlooking the view. The house is one of a kind because it’s located right in the heart of the city, just a few metres from the Villa Comunale (the city park) and the Via Caracciolo waterfront, as well as the Piazza Amedeo metro stop (which connects to the historic centre in two stops and to the central station in three, as well as to the funicular to San Martino and various points of interest, including museums and theatres). Furthermore, just a few metres away, you’ll find delightful little traditional restaurants and two well-stocked supermarkets. Right downstairs is the famous Moccia pastry shop (in the same building) with its famous mini-pizzas and delicious pastries, as well as a dairy shop offering mozzarella and exquisite local specialities. We’ll provide all the information you need to make this a memorable stay. Guests will have access to three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and shoe racks, a flat-screen TV, a desk, and two armchairs that can be converted into two single beds; the second bedroom has two single beds or a double bed, depending on guests’ needs, a large flat-screen TV, and various closets; the third bedroom has a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed and a closet. All bedrooms open onto panoramic terraces. The kitchen, which also offers panoramic views, is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essentials for dining and cooking. The bathrooms are accessible from the bedrooms, and one is also accessible from the living room; they feature a shower and bathtub, and are stocked with soap and shampoo, as well as a hair dryer. Towels and sheets are provided.
