This luxury villa is attractively furnished with high-quality furniture and offers two bedrooms and a modern decorated living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, all laid in the ground floor.
Granite tiles, double heat- and sun-resistant glass, insect screens, sliding panels and electrically operated shutters are only few of the facilities . The exterior walls are partly made of natural stone.
The big balcony door from the master bedroom opens up to the private swimming pool of 28m² with outdoor shower. Also there is accessibility from the terrace. Adjacent to the pool is a lawn with a parasol and sunbeds. On the roof terrace you have enough space available to enjoy the beautiful views, the beautiful sunset and a breathtaking starry sky.

Villa Sea-Esta is located in the south coast of Crete, close to the traditional village Sellia near Plakias. The main characteristic of this plot is the outstanding sea view beside the pool, with beautiful views over the Libyan sea and the surrounding area. It's an "adults only" accommodation, where you can find the total privacy through your stay.
What makes this property unique
Sellia is a lovely traditional village, where you can find super market, restaurants, gift shops, etc. Close to Sellia there is Plakias, a seaside village where you can enjoy, restaurants, cafes, super market, bars, gifts shops, etc., as well, organized beaches. When someone visits South Rethymno, it is necessarily to go to Preveli's Palm Beach, where Kourtaliotiko Gorge (also visitable and gorgeous) meets the Libyan Sea. Other beachs that worth your visit are Damnoni beach, Shinaria beach, Ammoudi Beach and Ammoudaki beach (nudist beach).
