The Space:

The three-bedroom flat offers a cosy living room with a sofa bed and dining table, perfect for relaxing and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy a comfortable en-suite bedroom and two double bedrooms, all with queen-size beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The two full bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. For added comfort, the flat has heating, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi and a TV with channels.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua da Firmeza, the flat is perfectly positioned in the heart of Porto, with easy access to countless attractions. Just a few steps away, you will find the iconic Capela das Almas chapel and the vibrant Via Catarina Shopping centre, ideal for shopping and leisure. Delight in the historic atmosphere of the famous Café Majestic or watch a show at the Teatro de São João theatre, both within walking distance. To sample the local cuisine, Café Santiago, known for its Francesinha, and the Abadia restaurant, serving traditional Portuguese dishes, are just a few minutes away. The São Bento train/metro station offers easy access to public transport, including the 500 bus line that will take you to Ribeira, Foz, the beaches and the Matosinhos Market for a memorable gastronomic experience.



Getting Around:

We offer a transfer service to facilitate your arrival and departure (price on request). The flat is strategically located for easy access to a wide range of public transport options.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center — at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto — where you can meet our staff!



We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of 200€ per hour.



In case you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of 40€ after 7 PM will apply. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) set at 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
